So useful, and very adaptable

Vorteile:
The free version is still extremely useful to small therapists. I'm sure the paying version is even more useful, you can almost run all of your business in it.
Nachteile:
Sometimes connectivity issues with google calendar if multiple user accounts. And both my accounts cannot connect.

Kommentare: Significant decrease in amount of client "no shows" as a result of text reminders and ability for clients to access the calendar and cancel/reschedule apts when needed. Cost effective scheduling software that freed up other limited budget dollars to direct client service expenditure. Reliability of software...previous software had many bugs and kinks that led to oversights and down time. We have had zero downtime with Gorendezvous! Ability to cost effectively try out the software before purchase, with monthly payment option as opposed to expensive one time purchase. We are a non profit organization so spending thousands of dollars to purchase software was not an option. Very professional appearance to our clients.
Vorteile:
That it syncs with my phone calendar, provides reminder texts to clients and myself, quick easy login from anywhere at any time of day! The customer service and tech support is EXCEPTIONAL with immediate response and a customized approach based on individual need. Being a nonprofit organization, we have a limited budget for software purchasing and IT support. Gorendezvous is very reasonably priced in comparison to similar products. Able to quickly and easily access my colleagues availability/schedule using a drop down navigation box. Works well with iPhone's Safari. My staff are quickly and easily able to learn to use all the software functions with little training/instruction/turn around time.
Nachteile:
This is not exactly a criticism as much as a suggestion... I would love to see the development of an app for Iphone. :)

I really want to like it
Kommentare: I want to like GOrendezvous, I really do. I want to stick it out for 6 months to get more comfortable with the platform. The customer experience is top notch, even considering the lack of availability of programming support. Is it $50 less than what I was paying? Yes. Did I specifically request the extras in order to integrate Zoom and QBO? Yes. It's not fully worth the price point in my opinion, considering the missing qualities of being able to run things smoothly from GOrendezvous alone. The extra level for zoom alone would be perfect if the integration worked.
Vorteile:
I liked the zoom and QBO integration upon first signing up. The flat fee for additional practitioners is pretty nice to. The customer service is exceptional and very helpful. I really like the personalization of the customer experience. I like the one question at a time format of the intake form.
Nachteile:
There are many things that create unnecessary difficulties. When creating intakes, much of what is input in the question fields does not get saved, resulting in incomplete intake form questions being sent to clients. There is also no ability to correct the half-saved questions. When I went through to update the forms, the previously half-saved question remained and I had to delete the question, add a new, appropriately worded full question, and move it into the correct space. Also, sometimes the correct space would not save after the process. There is no "instructions" option for creating smoother intake forms. The app has been difficult for clients to navigate and access information/add card numbers, etc. The storage of payment information is limited to one card only with no indication of which card (type, last 4 digits, etc) to guide clients in their payments. There is nowhere to find a card on file to make changes upon expiration. The integration with zoom was difficult as I was required to sign in, and was not recognized as host (could be a zoom issue). When practitioners input their notes, the notes were not being saved. This happened approximately 5 times for 2 separate practitioners who preferred to save notes and reflect before signing. When they went back to their notes, nothing had saved even after, being instructed to refresh the information. Personalization of the customer experience for me as a non-coder, was met with a lack of expertise from GOrendezvous. The rep I was paired with did not have the knowledge and it appeared there was limited knowledge available to assist. Invoices and receipts are a bit of an overdose - the invoice shows detailed payment without including practitioner licensing while the receipt has licensing information with no payment details. This results in multiple, separate communications sent to clients. There is no option to have email and SMS reminders sent out on different time schedules. In my field, there are people who benefit from staggered reminders (e.g., email 2 days before and SMS one day before). I have had a few clients tell me they have not received their reminders. I appreciate being able to check the SMS communications to verify, however, there is no way to verify email communications). There is not option outside of a separate mailout of a waiver to provide a client with consent forms or information about informed consent. I have yet to find a way to look at different reporting options without having to use QBO, specifically, accounts receivable. It's not feasible to bring other practitioners into my QBO account for the purpose of looking at their own accounts receivable.

Great service! Efficient at setting appointments and getting reminders.
Kommentare: Automatic Reminders, people not missing appointments because they forgot, much less time spent on phone reminding clients to training tomorrow.

Automatic Reminders, finding appointments with any professional with efficient search function, OUT OF THIS WORLD costumer service (Bravo!).
Nachteile:
1. On mobile: when you book your client and write his name partially, it gives you the list of clients. You cannot scroll through that lists nor click on a name after the first 2 or 3 because it clicks through and opens the box under, typically "Service Type". 2. You cannot set the default room for a service. Well, maybe you can, but it doesn't work. At the MAA, we have this problem with consultation Room. When booking personal training (which is set to gym or no room), it keeps the "consultation room" by default. You have to manually deselect the room every time. 3.. Would be nice to be warned when a room we're booking is already occupied by another person/service. It's problematic when you have to verify beforehand if the room is empty. Should be something like "The room you are trying to book is already taken by XY professional and Z client. Are you sure you want to use this room?" Y/N

Nevertheless, we're working hard on an app, and it should be ready this fall :) For your third point about the room, you may want to add appointments using the "Appointment Finder", located on the left of your screen. Kommentare: I have found that I have less to take care of since my patients can manage their bookings on their own. I love that they can book, cancel, and confirm their appointments without having to contact me directly....they appreciate this option as well. The automatic cancellation option has ensured I have no gaps in my day, and that my patients never miss an opportunity to get in sooner. I feel a little more organized and like the more professional look over the previous system I was using. Fantastic software. Impeccable customer support!

This software offers so much control in scheduling and online booking. Accessing patient information is quick and easy...address...upcoming appointments...billing. Most of my patients find it easy to use, and prefer it to the previous software system I was using. The overall look and functionality of the software are very professional. I really like the public "find and appointment page".
Nachteile:
I would like to be able to add a message to patient cancellation notifications when I have to cancel their appointments for my own reasons. I would also like to be able to send out group emails to my patients ie: a change in schedule or fees etc....

Hi Marie-Eve, thanks for your trust in GOrendezvous! If an appointment is canceled from your schedule by you or your client, the appointment doesn't count in your total appointments for the month if it is canceled before the appointment started. For example, if an appointment scheduled on Monday 1st at 9 a.m. is canceled before Monday 1st at 8:59 a.m., the appointment will be added back in your bank of appointments for the month. The ease of use for clients, the insurance receipt feature and the revenue reports make this software extremely valuable and time-efficient.
Nachteile:
I wish there were a rescheduling setting that was prompted when a client cancelled an appointment to avoid having to reach out ourselves.

Gorendez offer many customizations to offer public appointments like sms reminders, sms confirmations, available appointments, intelligent scheduling,... it doesn’t cost a lot and it is reliable.

It is a cloud solution and no on premises installation avaliable. Solution is design to fit medical business first but can be adapted to other business

Les formulaires de consentement sont d'un bord alors que les formulaires de santé de l'autre et un autre onglet pour le type de service. Je crois que cela pourrait être amélioré pour que ce soit plus facile quand on crée un nouveau service...

Plutôt que je crée plein de services pour ajouter un formulaire enfant. Ça me dédouble tous mes services! Et mes formulaires de consentements! Faudrait vraiment améliorer les fonctions sur app cellulaire. Je ne peux pas faire mes dossiers dessus et consulter mes formulaires de santé... Donc app inutile... Sauf pour voir mon horaire...

My overall experience with GoRendezvous has been great. My clients love it & find it easy to use.

I love that I am able to customize my appointment availability for different types of clients; that I am able to have a waiting list that works beautifully and efficiently; I appreciate the ability to email receipts and I also love that I am able to create online SOAP charts and other note-taking templates.
Nachteile:
I wish there was a proper app for Android, I find there are limitations in using the software on my smartphone. I have not tried it recently, but I would like to be able to schedule classes without the clients taking part in my classes counting towards my monthly allowance for appointment bookings... Classes and private practice clients should be separate. I would like the option to be able to create health history documents that automatically get sent to new clients with a confirmation email.

J'utilise Gorendezvous au quotidien dans ma pratique professionnelle, très simple, hyper complet et aussi et surtout le service client est vraiment très pro, à l'écoute, trouve toujours des solutions et en plus ils sont vraiment sympa.
J'utilisais ce logiciel il y a quelques années puis j'ai arrêté et j'y suis revenue car je n'ai rien trouvé de mieux jusqu'à présent.

La simplicité, tout au même endroit. Pouvoir gérer mes clients, faire des visio en particulier et des classes est vraiment top ! Sans parler de l'intégration facile des liens de mon site internet vers Gorendrevous et lorsque j'ai eu des difficultés pour le faire, ils m'ont trouvé de suite des solutions. Et le fait de pouvoir envoyer le lien de paiement directement au client est vraiment un point non négligeable !
Nachteile:
J'aurai aimé que l'abonnement zoom pour faire des classes jusqu'à 100 personnes soit compris dans l'offre

La gestion facile de la prise de rendez-vous et de la facturation. J'aime beaucoup la facilité avec laquelle on peut créer nos propres formulaires.
Nachteile:
Actuellement, je ne suis pas en mesure de remplir mes formualires santé à partir de ma tablette, ce qui n'est pas pratique lorsque je me déplace dans le local avec les clients. Je dois imprimer mes formulaires pour les remplir en format papier ou me promener avec mon laptop.

Pouvoir gérer son horaire et les rendez-vous des clients en plus d'avoir les dossiers patients sur la même plateforme. Possibilité de paiement à partir de la plateforme avec Stripe. Émettre des reçus est très simple.
Nachteile:
Intégration avec Wibbi n'était pas fonctionnelle pendant plusieurs semaines.

Nachteile:
That you can only do cluster booking and time allowance of each booking in one Function. Eg, I don't want to cluster book but I want to set 15 mins between each client. Would also like to have more payment features eg. Direct billing, gift certificate, donated treatment. Would like to send receipts as invoices to remind clients to pay. Right now I can send a 'receipt' with an amount DUE only PAID Would LOVE to have direct billing built in or invoice system.

My current account is affiliated with a compagne. In August-September, I will be an independent worker, with my clients following me. I tried to set up a new account with the same email but the application would not let me. The email I want to use is a work related email printed on all my cards. With this restriction I have to create a new email account to accommodate the application.

Ce qui m’a attiré vers la plateforme, c’est son aspect clé en main. De la prise de rendez-vous à la gestion des dossiers médicaux, en passant par la facturation, tout est centralisé et facile à utiliser. Le service à la clientèle, en particulier le soutien lors du démarrage, est exceptionnel. Le système de rendez-vous présente quelques aspects que j'apprécie moins, notamment le fait que je dois bloquer manuellement mes rendez-vous personnels dans mon calendrier Go Rendez-vous. Cette fonctionnalité est disponible dans d'autres calendriers en ligne populaires que j'ai utilisés.

Kommentare: C'est une très bonne expérience, cela me permet d'avoir une horaire partager bien organisé et un visuel claire de ce que mes semaines seront. La tenu de dossier me permet maintenant de réduire ma consommation en papier et de sauver des frais d'impression en consentements.
