Great payment processor/gateway with Zoho integration
Kommentare: Has been a very cost effective solution for us, and we have been saving with WePay for the past 2 years.
Vorteile: Very easy to setup an account. Low cost fees, ability to make recurring payments. This is great for integrating payment into other software and/or services. We get email alerts as well once payments are made, and when it's being transferred to the bank. We also are able to run reports to reconcile payments with our invoice numbers.
Nachteile: None that our team has encountered so far.

Integrates with Freshbooks, transfers are fast!
Kommentare: Very pleased with the time it takes for payments to reach my bank account (they are automatically sent, no need to log in and manually transfer). It takes only 1 business day to be available in my bank, and that's the fastest payment processor I've seen to-date (I've used a few in the past).
Vorteile: Automated Recurring billing // Transfers literally take 1 business day to hit my bank account // Show amount processed right in Freshbooks // Easy for clients to pay invoices // Recurring Automated Billing
Nachteile: UI/UX not that great (but functions) // Freshbooks integration is bare minimum (could use more info in Freshbooks - just bulks up the day's payments to a single amount)

I like WePay
Kommentare: This is a solid tool to handle money for my business.
Vorteile: I feel like I will like this more once I delete my existing account as I have had professionals troubleshoot this, yet no remedy.
Nachteile: I am having a bear of a time changing my existing WePay email to reflect a new project I am moving forward with, so that I can connect WePay with the new tool.

Great complementary program and keeps it simple
Kommentare: We have used this software exclusively for another service we provide and it integrates perfectly.
Vorteile: This program goes great with a booking software that we use. It integrates perfectly and provides a quick and easy way for clients to create a transaction.
Nachteile: It isn't as well known and so there is quite a bit of a learning curve compared to other payment software.

STAY AWAY - They will cost you money!
Vorteile: The software is easy to use BUT will cost you in the long run.. big time
If you value your business I would stay away from WePay. In 13 years of business I've had three change backs. The first two I provided the same documentation I always do with proof of service delivery and won my case. We switched to WePay (via Freshbooks) in early 2019 and had one charge back with them. Then came the issues:
1- Their charge back system has file size limits that don't allow you to submit all of your documentation.
2- They don't read your notes section in their system when you submit your documents (where we said we had 47 pages of of proof of delivery).
3- They don't respond to your requests to provide the additional documentation
4- They say you lost your defense because you didn't provide proof of service delivery
5- When you email them to point out their lapse of care for their customer they tell you "I know this can be frustrating but our system doesn't allow you to provide the documentation we tell you that you need to provide, so sorry but you're out of luck." You can do everything exactly right, exactly what your attorney tells you to do, everything that works in all other cases, and WePay doesn't care. I would go as far to say they have a breach of obligation in their processing of charge back defenses. Stay away from this company. They don't care and are negligent in their operations.
