Kommentare: The support team at Sprout Social is great. Our team has responded really well and actively and regularly shares using this platform. It's very easy to use and has been a great resource. Also, compared to the cost of other similar platforms, it's a great deal. I'd highly recommend using Bambu for an employee advocacy program.

Vorteile: Bambu is very easy to use. It's also easy to get a team up and running! It has helped us generate more genuine interactions for content from our corporate blog, media coverage and general social media pushes of engaging content.

Nachteile: This isn't the fault of Bambu, but rather changes due to Facebook. It's quite disappointing to no longer be able to track engagement on Facebook. Our team had been actively sharing on Facebook. I assume they still are but have no way to track shares to that platform. That's a big loss.

Kommentare: Bambu helped us increase our reach via social. Before we were having a tough time getting our sales team to share our content. Now we are increasing shares and reach every month. Our team is actually suggesting new pieces of content or articles to share online. Brand awareness is huge for us as a company, and this tool really changed the game for Aventri.

Vorteile: Ease of use the best thing about this product. It takes no time to get a team member up and running on how to use the tool. We recorded a short 5 minute how to video to on board new team members to Bambu and they start using the product instantly. It also makes it easier on the content team because we no longer need to send long winded emails on the blogs, content or press of the week to share - everyone just logs into Bambu.

Nachteile: I don't have any big complaints with the software. The team at Bambu have been amazing to work with and have always taken our suggestions from the start on things that we would like added to the platform.

Kommentare: We were looking for a solution that makes it easy to galvanize the company around our social media growth efforts. Bambu has a delivered a great service that is making a measurable difference. I recommend Bambu for any company that wants a simple and approachable solution that is backed with excellent support.

Vorteile: Bambu is very, very easy to use. Many of our employees were reluctant to amp up their social activity for the company, but using Bambu made it a quick and easy endeavor. It is also easy to administer and the reporting provides great insights to understand the impact of our social efforts. Bambu support and help getting started is superb - they go way beyond expectations.

Nachteile: Social power users find that Bambu is lacking some features - especially if they are used to using a more robust platform such as Hootsuite. Also, since Facebook has limited its access, Bambu doesn't allow you to schedule your Facebook posts.

Kommentare: Overall, our experience with Bambu has been fantastic! It is easy to use and has helped us encourage more employees to get involved. This is the foundation of our employee advocacy program.

Vorteile: Bambu's ability to automatically count shares, differentiate shares across three platforms, and follow click-throughs is priceless to us! Prior to Bambu, we were counting these ourselves!

Nachteile: What I wish Bambu would include is sharing to more platforms and other engagements - such as commenting on curated social media posts so we can encourage more than just sharing but also likes and comments.

So easy to use, with great support!

Kommentare: The team has been great - from the sales experience, to onboarding, to customer service and all the way to regular account review calls, where I'm given tips, told about new features, ways to improve user uptake, etc. It has honestly been one of the best companies I've worked with in terms of customer service. They really care about improving their product and maintaining good relationships with their users.

Vorteile: Bambu is intuitive and it just WORKS. It's really fast to create posts and its features and functionality are great. I've recommended it to colleagues because I'm so impressed with the tool and the team supporting it. They got us onboard and posting within two weeks from contract, and my users love it -- even before they realize how easy it is to suggest and post content to multiple channels. My experience has been fantastic!

Nachteile: The software is great, but there are a couple of new features I would like enabled to further customize posts and communications to my team. The Bambu team are very open to suggestions and have passed my feature requests to the developers... I'm just waiting, somewhat impatiently. I have no doubt they're listening and want to improve the tool. I'm just using workarounds in the meantime.
