It also allows a section to use by other staff so that we have dual access to the client. On occasion, clients I normally don't remote into on a routine basis ask me to fix something on their computer. Walking them through simple installation through the install process is very easy. Then I just delete their computer off my dashboard of clients. Easy peasy the way it should be.
