- wish user location was more accurate. - if they could display multiple user with the same postal code

Kommentare: What we needed from a vehicle tracking company is perfectly met with the RAM Tracking services - Every issue that I have ran into I have been able to call them and they will walk you through what you need to do to get a specific report produced or if I am having an issue with a unit they are able to reset it immediately, I haven't had a question be unanswered and is always dealt with in a timely fashion.

Vorteile:

What we like most is.. You can easily pull up the status of vehicle/driver in question There is the option of 'Detailed Report' Which will show you minute to minute of Driver's route The weekly reports can be set up to be emailed directly to you, For your review You instantly know where your vehicle is Their map is very detailed shows all roads/ Side streets You can tag 'Driver home" or "Supplier's name" so you can see where vehicle is stopped

Nachteile:

What we least like about the software is very minimal.. Sometimes there is a glitch or their servers are being updated that we would see a drop in the service but it does pick back up at the earliest chance it gets- We understand there has to be a chance for updates to serve us better!

Not honest with customers…

Kommentare: Would never recommend this company.

Vorteile:

The app would tell you the general location… not very specific.

Nachteile:

The staff and management are very dishonest with contracts and conflict resolution. Communication is not their strong suit.

Kommentare: Very good Tracking APP, for use by our staff.

Vorteile:

'Real time' Monitoring of fleet, and report generation are sufficient for our use.

Nachteile:

RAM Tracking software does integrate with our existing Administration software.

Know where they are all the time!

Vorteile:

If you want peace of mind over your fleet then this is the software that you want. I decided to look into fleet tracking software about a year ago and I found RAM Tracking. I saw a demonstration of it at a trade show at the time and I was skeptical but I took the plunge and made the purchase. I had it installed in all of my business vehicles and also in my kids vehicles to give me extra security. I do enjoy the features this software offers which includes location and speed. I can also tell if the vehicle is running or is shut off. Over all a great tool to have as the only manager in my company and this allows me to be in more then one place at a time!

Nachteile:

I sometimes have connectivity issues with the application where the vehicles show up on the map are not where the map is showing them to actually be but for the most of the time it works flawlessly.

Professional Scammers

Vorteile:

Their agents are not honest with you at all, they give you a big contract to sign and no way to get out of that contract! This team started overcharging us, and we got no response from their customer service at all. I sent them several emails requesting for service cancellation but they ignored them all! After 3 months follow up, they got back to me and said your subscription is automatically renewed for another year and you have to pay us for another 12 months. I humbly requested them for cancelation and addressed them to my emails for cancelation requests, but their agent ignored them all. I stopped paying their bills as it was the only thing I could do. Now, they are sending me a letter from a lawyer threatening me for farther legal actions if I don't pay their bills for another year while I am not using their service.

Nachteile:

Never sign an agreement with this company.

RAM Tracking Customer Review Feedback

Kommentare: Not bad. We with RAM for more than 5 years. And, the device was tested in a real case. Our vehicle was stolen on Canada Day 2017. The thief cut the cables and thought they removed the device. Actually, the device was only partly removed, and luckily still sending PINs for next couple hours. We managed to track it the next day. RAM's device did not let us down. We replaced the device later, a bit expensive, but worth it.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. The menu is easy to review and understand. Map color is simple and clean.

Nachteile:

The design is a bit old school. Is there a traffic option?

Being in the know!!

Kommentare: RAM Tracking has excellent customer service and is very professional in handling requests to switch units to new vehicles or add units.

Vorteile:

This software allows us to know exactly where trucks are at all times and brings accountability to drivers. I am able to prove to a customer how many hours a crew was at their job if there is a disagreement.

Nachteile:

Only think I don't like is when the software doesn't work do to maintenance needed or system needing to be reset, This doesn't happen real often however when it does we realize how much we rely on this system in our business.

Braemar Review

Kommentare: It has been a great tool for us to track our fleet and employee"s. Our employee's know that we can track them and as a result we have seen significant gains in on time performance etc.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. The software works very well and typically gives very few issues. The link to google maps is a very handy option.

Nachteile:

Setting up customer locations is a bit tricky at first. I would like to be able to click on a link to google maps at a site my employee's had been at say earlier in the day. You can only use google maps at the current point they are stationary at.

Essential to have

Vorteile:

As a warehousing/logistics company, this is the type of software we have needed for a long time. We love being able to pull up the status of the drivers with the touch of a button and having great weekly reports.

Nachteile:

There are sometimes drops in service but this is not something I am too concerned about long-term. Their customer service is great and I know they are looking at building their stability.

Great company

Vorteile:

I find Ram tracking very useful and user friendly. With many vehicles in the fleet and all over the city it's great to be able to see all of them by just pulling up the map! Love using the Ram tracking to keep everyone accountable and to keep costs down for the company

Nachteile:

Nothing that I can think of.

Great Product

Kommentare: We have been able to control our fleet, and in doing so are able to plan service visits to clients at a moments notice.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, ability to monitor our fleet. A tool to use for logistics and tracking.

Nachteile:

There are no cons so far, perhaps having to add the updated GPS equipment by ourselves.

Not sure what to put here.

Have used it for years and helps us keep track of our team. They know it is there so no deviations between jobs. Works great.

GPS Tracking

Kommentare: Able to manage fleet vehicles more efficiently, control wasted trips, manage employee onsite times and charges. Eliminated erratic driving issues.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, plenty of information, great reports

Nachteile:

Very few issues with downtime and not being able monitor fleet.

Ram review 2018

Kommentare: Pleasant experience, Ram Tracking was definitely an upgrade from our previous tracking system.

Vorteile:

Ram Tracking Updates quickly, easy to monitor live.

Nachteile:

running a detailed report to accurately track vehicles can be timely process, but it is accurate.

Awesome management tool

Kommentare: RAM Tracking has allowed us full visibility of our fleet. We have used this program to cut cost and maintain a certain level. No longer a question of who or where a person is or has been for a certain amount of time.

Vorteile:

Current and post tracking availability. Cost savings opportunities.

Nachteile:

there is nothing at this time that I can think of that we do not like about this software

Kommentare: As a Service Dispatcher I love that I know where our trucks are at any given time so that I can give our customers updates when needed. Its also great for confirming working hours which is helpful our accounting department.

Vorteile:

Very user friendly , simple to find reports , locate the techs with ease. A+++

I haven't had any issues to complain about

Excellent Tracking software

Kommentare: RAM is a great way of tracking your vehicles, so you can monitor where they are, and see where they've been.

Vorteile:

The software is very easy to use and helps us in our business track our drivers. We track where they've been and that function we go back days or even a week. This is great.

Nachteile:

Can't think of anything I don't like off the top of my head.

By far the worst GPS company we've ever dealt with

Kommentare: Company in underwritten by a finance company and are not held to a formal business agreement between you and them, meaning they can do whatever they please and you still have to pay. It took months for them to get our units working properly. No accountability held by this company, good luck finding someone to contact you to have issues resolved. Install techs also make it quite clear how tardy the company is to pay them - thus causing longer than necessary wait times to have units installed. I'll be surprised if this company is still around in 5 yrs.

Vorteile:

We did not like this software. Customer service was non-existent so we were unable to answers for problems with the units. Strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Nachteile:

Over priced. Operation is poor quality. Company seems to have many "miscommunication" issues. App was never effective. No customer service. Absolutely HORRIBLE company to deal with. Would not suggest on any level to deal with company.

Great Tracking System

Vorteile:

It allows us to see exactly where all our vehicles are at all times. Total daily kilometers driven and total driving time are automatically calculated. Speeds driven, are also noted on the detailed report.

Nachteile:

It takes a bit of time to figure out how to add stops, and there are a number different steps / screens /pages to scroll through to add this information in. However, stops only have to be entered once and the system will remember each stop ongoing.

Its very easy to navigate and all the features are great

Nachteile:

There is not really anything i don't like. Its a great software.

Best tracking app for my orders

Kommentare: Very happy with RAM. It is not hard to understand, super user friendly

Vorteile:

It is accurate and keep you updated on the whereabouts of your order. You simply receive a tracking ID and you're good to go

Nachteile:

I have not experienced any issues with RAM as I have only used to track my orders online and I'm happy with the results
