It has all the CRM features our business needs and is a perfect solution for everything we wanted when we set out to evaluate different options. It's also 100% reliable and offers good and fast customer service. Their marketing and analytics features are great and easy to use and we dropped our newsletter service and moved everything over. In the last year or so they added a ton of new features that we're considering - SMS, AI, invoicing, chat agents, and IG/FB/WhatsApp integration. Extraordinarily high value for the price and a perfect solution for our business.
