Perfect digital signature
Kommentare: With Concord all contracts are in one place. I can easily search and manage documents. I can search not only documents but also specific clause I work with. Concord help save lost of time.
Vorteile:
Concord is really easy to use and if there are some functions I don’t know at all there some perfect tutorials to help understand this functions. With Concord is easy and fast way to upload and manage files and add signatures. I can also share documents via email directly from Concord.
Nachteile:
It would be great if the software could be able to send several contracts in one batch to external partners. And also could be developed in more languages.

Kommentare: We have had a fabulous experience with Concord. They are available to assist when we have questions. It was a breeze to set up and start using. The folders and unlimited documents have allowed us to be more organized and efficient. The price point is very manageable. We use the application daily and are very happy with our decision to go with Concord.
Vorteile:
The ability to store all of our documents in one system with controls in place that govern who has access has been really helpful. To have our documents available via the web and organized by department and user has saved us a lot of time and effort. It is easy to use, and the support teams get back to you very quickly. They have weekly webinar's that keep the customers informed and provide in depth insight into key product features.
Nachteile:
It isn't a con really, but we need a drag and drop date and initials field :)

Kommentare: It is a good software as it is easy to use

The fact that I can have a templet which can be used without having to create a copy for every new contract.
Nachteile:
That I cannot create folder to save contracts by category

User Friendly Contract Platform Experience!
Kommentare: I am very happy with Concord, overall. I wish they would fix the word processor they use, and it would be a perfect product.
Vorteile:
I like how user friendly Concord is for our end users.
Nachteile:
Sometimes, the formatting is completely off when loading documents into the system or transferring to a live document.

Concord Streamlines Document Signing with Ease
Kommentare: Concord has streamlined our processes for document signatures by our staff and has been a huge time-saver for us.
Vorteile:
Concord was very easy to set up and manage from one school year to another. It has totally streamlined our annual Employment Agreements and other documents that require signature by our faculty and staff. The Concord administrative team is very responsive and knowledgeable of the product. Their pricing was perfect for our budget.
Nachteile:
Once the system is set up it runs very smoothly.
Concord if a great resource!
Kommentare: It has been great. We have a wonderful administrator that keeps us informed about updates.
Vorteile:
Sorting ability and ease of retrievals makes the work easier.
Nachteile:
Some of the updates are a little confusing, but it only takes a little usage to become familiar with them.
A full suite of contract and document management features.
Kommentare: It's been positive. They have provided excellent customer support, a library of training materials and webinars and steadily made improvements to their product, which has improved our satisfaction.
Vorteile:
The convenient labeling and filing features for contracts and all document types, which allows tracking for large volumes of files on behalf of the organization.
Nachteile:
Our version doesn't have automated push notifications for document owners.
Rating my experience with concord during the past 6 months
Kommentare: I can definitely say that I'm satisfied.
Vorteile:
Fast and simple. Easy to use and doesn't require prior training to use the service.
Nachteile:
I don't like that when in the process of editing a document you lose internet connection, your edits are not saved and then you have to make the changes you planned to make from the beginning. This is very annoying especially if you draft the document from zero, and the whole draft disappears. Happened to me twice:( I understand that there is a save button, but people don't always want to apply the changes to the main document. Would be awesome if the system remembers what you edited and you can return to the edit when you reconnect to the internet.
Concord is awesome!
Kommentare: My experience has been wonderful, this product has helped my organization manage contract and ensures that we stay on top of renewals.
Vorteile:
The ability to have notifications for items coming due. Tracking all contracts that have been issued, and being able to run reports.
Nachteile:
Only con i can think of would be not having automatic reminders sent to people that haven't signed the document.

The best electronic signature option for my small business
Kommentare: I am using Concord to have clients sign services agreements. It is a requirement for my line of work and I need a new one for every transaction. It is very easy to upload documents and to tailor each signature request for each client. I am very happy!
Vorteile:
Concord has been a lifesaver. I signed up first with a competitor whose plan was more costly and limited the amount of documents I could send for signatures to only five per month. Concord is cheaper and has no limits on documents sent for signatures. It is very easy to upload files and add signature boxes, and it looks sleek and professional. I also found their sales team to be helpful and not pushy, and they steered me toward a plan that worked for me without trying to upsell me. I'm very happy!
Nachteile:
I really can't think of anything I don't like about using Concord. It has been a perfect fit for my small business electronic signature needs.

My Journey with Concord
Kommentare: Concord has made my life as a sales manager easier. Before contracting process would take a lot of time with the back and forths on email. Since I started using concord, the turn over for contract signing has really improved. The other thing I love about it is the collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in real time.
Vorteile:
The easy collaboration in real time among parties the e-signature - Makes contracts to be signed faster the contract management life-cycle the organization of templates - reduces the complex contracting process
Nachteile:
I think other features should be added when editing documents. By this I mean features like the ones for word docs like different font styles, numbering, etc (Basically I would want word features to be incorporated)

A Good Contract Management Platform to use
Kommentare: Like most contract management platforms I've used, Concord is good but not perfect. All contract management systems have pros and cons, but Concord is the best I've seen... so far.
Vorteile:
Most liked features are: 1. Bulk Importing existing contract portfolios into Concord 2. Search function - fast, accurate and easy to use 3. Sharing contracts with others is very easy and secure
Nachteile:
Largest complaints are: 1. Records of draft contracts can not be changed to "signed" where a contract is executed outside of Concord. So if I started drafting and negotiating a contract in Concord and then had the final contract executed by way of a scanned copy or even DocuSign I have to create a new contract record in Concord. All negotiation history, internal / external discussions, etc are lost. This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. 2. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to. E.g. unable to use autonumbering in templates, unable to use indenting of template documents well. This become annoying when importing a Word or PDF document to create a template. Not all documents will import correctly, yet the native text editing features do not allow a user to 're-create' the form and structure of the original document as a template. 3. E-signature solution does not provide enough flexibility a signing request to be forwarded by an outside person (i.e. counterparty) to an authorised signatory. Concord's native e-signature solution kind of assumes the person who I share a negotiated draft document to is the person who can sign for that company. In an enterprise environment, this is not always the case as company's have rules on delegated authorities. 4. E-signature solution is limited in fields required to complete execution. End user signing experience is ok but not great.
Contracts Management
Kommentare: Overall, I have had a positive experience with Concord.
Vorteile:
Very useful tool to manage contracts; saves time and money not having to print out and mail paperwork.
Nachteile:
I do not have any dislikes, although vendors sometimes have difficulty with signing.

Having stakeholders sign contracts online without looking for them physically and getting an update once the document has been fully signed.
Nachteile:
In case you pre set signatures, the other party cannot sign until the first stakeholder set to sign first signs

Concord has mad my job a lot easier. I am able to see documents signed in a timely manner with a chick of a button.

The search feature, somethings are hard to find.

Kommentare: My overall experiance was excellent. I enjoyed using the system and believed it to be secure and helpful when doing my job.
Vorteile:
The ease of navigation through the system. The security of knowing customers information was highly protected. The comfort of knowing that it helped identify and discripenses with signature uploaded.
Nachteile:
It could be tedious at times. Trying to hunt down old contracts or documents pertaining to customers. That were viable to signing new contracts.

Kommentare: So far, the benefit of having a central location to maintain documents has been worth the few problems that I have encountered to date.
Vorteile:
We have been using Concord only for 4 months. First and foremost, I like the onboarding process. An assigned agent of Concord is readily available, works with you in getting familiarized with the system, allows you to move at your own pace at your own pace, and finds answers to questions that she does not have. I also like the ease of use. It is very user friendly.
Nachteile:
There are some features that would be helpful to have. For example - you have the ability to add fields but Concord does not have the ability to keep a running list of the added fields. So, it is necessary to type the field name in every time and to remember what fields were created and what they were called. It also does not allow the use of commas in folder names or in third party names.

Vorteile:
Digital SIgning and Some sort of Library where you can keep or store your documents per folder created.
Nachteile:
It's easy to use before but became complicated when changes were made even without the announcement. Signing Field became smaller, hard to fit to a document. The date under the signature is just a duplicate since documents have also a date field and document is stamped with date.. I just didn't like the enhancement made as it became tedious when processing a document for signing

Fantastic easy to use software with great support
Kommentare: A great piece of software that is invaluable to the business. Concord is always releasing new features and are happy to take feedback on board.
Vorteile:
Concord is a fantastic piece of software that is easy to use and puts the power to all users within an organisation to assist with contract management. The use of templates is great, enabling all users to create contracts, monitor and engage - all with confidence that the main terms will not change.
Nachteile:
The software could use additional personalisation in places, however the Concord team are always working on new features and happy to take feedback on board.

Kommentare: I wouldn't be able to sort contracts and offer letters so quickly without it, it has made my life easier especially at the rate we are growing being able to send these out with ease is crucial.
Vorteile:
We really like the usability of the platform, the user interface is easy to navigate. We have great feedback from the users, especially as we send out offer letters and contracts via concord, the new employees say it is easy to use & efficient! The audit feature is great too so you can see who has opened & read the contract & when!
Nachteile:
the only comment would be that sometimes if you want to edit some of the text, it formats incorrectly & can throw off the rest of the documents format, BUT it doesn't happen every time and could be our template with the issue. Recently i haven't had this problem.
