they have different categories. Easy to use. Get email after each and every approval from your superior. Money transfer is very smooth.

Easy to set up and use
Kommentare: Great experience. Easy to set up, order and recieve cards, and effectively manages employees expenses.
Vorteile:
It is a very easy set up! Also ordering the cards are easy and recieving the cards is quick. Keeps employees expenses recorded and also allows them to take pictures of the reciept.
Nachteile:
Employees should be able to set their own pin numbers for their cards. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Use this for Expense Reporting
Vorteile:
This is good for supplying company cards to employees to track all the expenses with the same software providing the payment card. Also the manager has the ability to place limits on the expenses.
Nachteile:
There's really nothing negative about it

Very user friendly app
Vorteile:
The app interface is very user friendly, you need no training and education for this particular software to use. Getting imprest and raising a travel request is pretty easy.
Nachteile:
The central team for Happay has been bit slow and they reject certain expenses without any explanation.

New Gen Expense Handling
Vorteile:
Apps ease of money expense handling, advancement from old form written expense submission to online. Taking photos of tickets bills and submitting in online is more easier than the old format.
Nachteile:
Error happening due to network issues and frequent app updation.

Raise Reimbursement Requests and Reports easily
Vorteile:
It helps me track which receipts need reimbursement from the organisation.
Nachteile:
The expense and report thing takes some time to get used to. Maybe it is right from accounting perspective, but not from a normal employee's.

Happay provides a lot of features that help enhance policy compliance during spending, and reporting tools and integration with bank cards contribute to faster auditing of operations. It's also great how we've been able to eliminate paperwork, as entering data into the customized form doesn't take much time. Tracking approvals and sending requests to raise the spending limit is done smoothly, which keeps us reassured about the integrity of our procedures.
Nachteile:
I have some small notes, especially with regard to refunding money, as when one of the operations that I performed on the card fails, the return process takes quite a long time, which affects my spending budget.

View/ Edit/ Remove expense option not available in Expense tab view Problem: Many a times, when I need to edit an expense due to wrong entry, I have to go to the reports view and select the Edit option from there for the expense I want to edit That is not intuitive for first time users as it sets the user perception that we can't edit an expense once uploaded Suggestion: Option to view/ edit the expense should also be available for each expense in the expense tab B. Date range option for expense type like Accommodation Problem: Currently for the expense type like accommodation (multi-day), I can only select a single date of the expense Suggestions: i. Option to select the date range (eg separate fields like date of expense & dates of stay) as the finance team sometimes ask for the duration, which I have to then input in the description field ii. Option to select multiple dates - as for the same accommodation - I might pay on multiple instances C. Option to rearrange the bills order in an expense Problem: Currently, in cases when I want to upload multiple bills in an expense and then feel the need to rearrange the bills - in let's say a chronological order or keeping bills of one vendor together, I need to delete the bill and upload again Suggestion: I should be able to rearrange the bills in the expense view
Organized Software with multiple ease
Kommentare: I realized my that my much of time is not wasting when the matter comes on claim my expenses. I simply take 15 min everyday to upload my bills on happay. And no need to tell my finance team about my expenses. Because it has a ease elaborate the expenses.
Vorteile:
I'm using this software from past 2 years and I feel very ease whenever I'm uploading bills and claiming my reimbursement. I can elaborate my expenses in one line which will mu finance team to know better about my claim. So they dont have to call me back to ask me more about my claims. They simply do approved my claims.
Nachteile:
Nothing, just facing problem while changing password for my account. But I can login via OTP as well.

Easy to apply and fast in action( very easy to apply for the expense rather than the writing method and fast and very fast in approval process through out the highyrarchy.
Nachteile:
No option for Similar entry at a single time(Bata are similar cannot be entre in single option it has to be separately for each day ,it will be good if you make Option for multiple entrs in a single door).

Can access from everywhere whether Phone software and web services. Sometimes money debited but order not placed in this situation money returned in card within 5 hours Most beneficial thing is that card is not limited to spend at restaurant only, we can also use at any super market. I already used Sodexo and Zeta but you are the best..

The refund is not likely to reflect in the A/c directly in case of any cancellations, but it sits in the Group A/c's. this should be directly refunded to the A/c.
A good application on the way of getting better
Kommentare: Submitting bills and reimbursement claims is an easy task as compared to the lengthy paper work. Also often the bills get lost in day-to-day travel but since Happay is also available on Phones it can be scanned and uploaded on the go with any hassle. This saves a lot of time and makes expense management more efficient.
Vorteile:
It becomes a lot easier to log your expenses and track them. Notification at every stage of the process through email gives clarity and the user does not have to login and check the dashboard to monitor. Creating reports using multiple expenses is a good tool to organize the bills more efficiently. Uploading bills is also very easy. Since the application can be used on Smart Phones as well, it becomes even easier to log expenses on the go!
Nachteile:
The interface is a little complicated. The concepts about reports and expenses seems difficult at the beginning, probably because of the terminology. However, once one understands the use of these, it becomes easy to use.
