Impero is a great device management and user monitoring tool.
Vorteile: The user monitoring feature is great for schools trying to ensure students are staying on task. I also like to ability to remotely install software from Impero as well as manage computer power policies.
Nachteile: It's not really a con, but there are a ton of features and It can be a bit overwhelming for teachers. However, Support has been great at helping to explain things.

Best piece of software I've ever bought for the network
Absolutely fantastic piece of software - quickest decision ever after trialling it...
Extremely reliable, and versatile, more features than anything else I've seen, and new ones being added regularly... When I've needed to use the support, their customer service has been second to none, supporting remotely and not letting things drop until solutions have been found.
