This online time keeping system for UKG is incredible
Kommentare: Paper-based or outmoded systems are being phased out in favor of a unified digital hub governed by uniform guidelines. Because of this, we have been able to push for the automation and uniformity of time-keeping.
Vorteile:
Employee timekeeping for hourly and salaried workers alike. Time and work order information for hourly workers is recorded. Time worked by salaried personnel is recorded, but only for the purposes of allocating allowances and matching task orders.
Nachteile:
It's possible that you'll hit a roadblock if your restrictions are very intricate. For instance, if your company is subject to CBA regulations, you may need to get inventive with your method or setup.

Kommentare: Overall VERY positive - we're working on implementing this in our current organization I have used this before in my previous workplace.
Vorteile:
It allows employees to sign in and off with just their cellphone - saves time on punch clocks.
Nachteile:
No every employee likes using apps because of the geo location.
Wish We Chose Different Software
Kommentare: Pretty horrible with one exception. We LOVED our implementation specialist, Ivy Miranda. However the "Solutions Consultant" was a pompous ass when we ran into problems and the Relationship Manager was not of much help.
Vorteile:
The Benefits Module is user friendly. But even with that, the EDI team is non-responsive sometimes and we've had trouble with data on carrier invoices.
Nachteile:
Performance Module: We abandoned it because: i.Menus are confusing. The word "Comments" is hard coded and it means "Submit." Therefore saving and submitting was hard. ii.Several people didn't understand how to use the "goals" systems. Recruitment Module: Clunky. Could not drag and drop resumes to email and other problems. We abandoned it. Compensation Module: Could not even finish implementation. 2 parts of the system do not "talk to each other" so we could not display information for primary positions and secondary positions in the same report. Core HR: Requires dual entry in several fields because the 2 part of the system do not share data. It's like 2 separate systems cobbled together. Infuriating.
My UKG Ready review
Kommentare: Other than the difficulties logging in to UKG Ready the program was easily accessible when tracking login information of hours worked and keeping track of work hours. The software did not have a lot of bug or glitches.
Vorteile:
When using this software when I worked as a Customer Service Representative years back the feature, I liked most was its Security function. It really guarded others to prevent them from accessing Employer and Employee accounts.
Nachteile:
What I liked least about UKG Ready was its difficulty logging in at times. I constantly had to change passwords and had to ask for help at times in order to login.
Payroll on the go made easy!
Kommentare: Mainly a positive one as our company never had an app to handle payroll.
Vorteile:
Being able to handle payroll on the go, and being to do it without resorting to the browser version.
Nachteile:
Some of the UI is a bit different fromt he desktop version.
