Kommentare: Unable to use many of the options available because it was not setup correctly in the first place. Almost seems impossible to fix without having to completely start over. Poor training to previous employees which has led to poor training of current employee. We were getting negative numbers on our OCA state reports before the last clerk left and no one could help us understand why or fix the problem. There seem to be only two employees at USTI that can answer any questions from the Court. We will be finding another product as soon as funding is available.

USTI was not aware of the issue at Oakwood until the review was submitted. We called Oakwood and found out that they had a complete system crash after the system was originally setup and we were not notified to help with setting up the system after it had crashed. We contacted them immediately after the review and were told that there were not any current issues with the OCA reporting. Oakwood agreed that they should contact support if they have any issues so that we can work with them on solving their problem. USTI has over 100 successful implementations of Courts in the US and a high percentage of those are in Texas.
