Kommentare: For me it is about to stay informed about trends and developments in my market. webZunder aggregates the social streams of partners, industry media and my competitors.
Vorteile:
Its easy to use and doesn't need much effort to learn. The clean design makes it easyfor me to have a quick overview about the most important information. So it fits perfectly into daily business. Other tools look way to heavy.
Nachteile:
I would love to have LinkedIn and XING pages support on top of the already supported personal profiles.

One of the easiest to use Social Media Management Tool.
Vorteile:
webZunder is clean and easy to use like no other tool on the market. And additionally the learning curve is very low for Social Media Management Tools. The fact that webZunder supports Xing is an urgent feature for me.
Nachteile:
The analytics tool could be a little bit more meaningful. Which would be absolutely great, when webZunder would be the first Social Media Management Tool what can share Instagram posts easily!

Layout is not appealing; Analysis is not very detailed and you have to log into the individual social accounts

Analysis and reporting is something webZunder Partners (e.g. Agencies) will compile individually based on KPIs defined with their clients... We only want to add functionality that improves your daily productivity. By focusing on that we can keep our fees affordable for small and medium sized businesses. Dirk
Easy to use social media management tool with awesome support!
Vorteile:
It is really easy to use, just setup your profile, add your social media accounts and you are good to go. You can post your content through different channels and you see directly on which platform your are posting. Schedule your posts once a week and you only need to check for responses.
Nachteile:
The only thing, what is from time to time annoying, that the granted access from LinkedIn is rejected, but I think this is a general behavior from LinkedIn and part of their security guidelines.

Thanks a lot! Indeed - LinkedIn timeout of their access tokens is almost unpredictable and pretty short timed... We hope to improve it soon by reminding you to renew the link.
Great tool, awesome support
Vorteile:
The whole platform is very user friendly and learning curve is very fast even for new users of this type of tool. You can extract detailed information and have everything centralized. Feedbacks and comments were always responded very quickly with a timeline if there was any changes or modifications made. Very responsive team and interesting product.
Nachteile:
Although the solution is very well planned, it still lacks in the number of different media they support.
