Using it on cell phone. It's very tedious on my iphone and when I click on a customer in the calendar it doesn't go into the call.
The customer support sucks. My rep never returns your calls. The systems locks up or fails .

Has nice colors, The pages are nice to look at even if they don't work correctly. Has videos you can watch even though they are outdated .
Nachteile:
Horrible setup. Service techs are always having to write hand tickets because the software has glitches or fails to finish. Had I known that you could only get tech support by email I would have never gotten this Picture Perfect Pricing software. Please be ware that they are very nice when you sign up but fail to help you when you have problems. We are always having to update the software due to malfunctions on there end.

Ronnie inaccurately portrays our software and his claims are absurd. We have tens of thousands of daily transactions from our clients that electronically process invoices, dispatch calls, manage service agreements, create equipment proposals and more. Ronnie has been with us since December of 2013 and still an active customer. When he first signed up we offered free phone support to all clients in addition to email support. However, as we rapidly expanded we could no longer offer phone support complimentary. In 2015, we changed the support policy, but gave Ronnie one extra year of phone support for being an early adopter. In 2016, he refused to upgrade to a support package that included phone support. Even after the decision we continued to take his calls for 6 months at which time we decided we had to enforce the support policy. To this day, Ronnie continues to request that the owner of the company take his support calls which is unrealistic with an entire team available.

I have nothing but good things to say about P-3, since I have been using it since the beginnings and been able to monitor the progress and improvements over the years. Hope the improvements continues towards a more easy and synchronized system to make the sales a much easier step.

Kommentare: overall I'm pleased with the software, but as starting off as a one-man gang having to do everything I would love to see more automation in the software to eliminate some things off my plate, review management is very important to me, and to have that automated after an invoice is paid would be a great feature

There is no automation for reviews there is no automation when a job is created for tech, there are no push notifications, I think there should be more automation in this software that has such great features

Kommentare: It is definitely a great tool and it is being improved- but some of the priorities of the software teams are not the same priorities of those using the software, like ME.

Customer information storage and ease of providing estimates ( even though sometimes the profitability is - and may not be as desired due to unsure how the P3 HVAC software is calculating the pricing )
Nachteile:
Need to be able to enter in MULTIPLE equipment brands to add to the lists of choices when providing customers with estimates. We use MULTIPLE BRANDS OF EQUIPMENT SUCH AS: Aspen, Trane, American Standard, Amana, Goodman, Daikan, Carrier, Payne, Comfortmaker, Lux Aire, ALLSTYLE, and others. There should be a way to organize these different brands of equipment and other material to make it easier to provide estimates ON THE FLY.

Mateo, We appreciate the feedback. We will have your account manager reach out to show you how you can offer multiple equipment brands on a single proposal. This is a cornerstone of our equipment proposal module - the ability to create any combination of equipment and equipment brands on a proposal. Overall, you can have up to 7 options on a proposal. Within each option you can have unlimited pieces of equipment or complete systems. The equipment and/or complete systems within an option can be the same manufacturer or any combination of manufacturers. For example, option 1 can include a Trane complete system for the upstairs and a Goodman condenser for the downstairs. Regarding pricing, you have the ability to let the software calculate the price of your proposal using settings that can be configured - like profit margin - or you can override it and set your own price. It is very flexible.

Kommentare: Been using it for about 8 years. [sensitive content hidden] has been my point of contact and she is absolutely wonderful on her knowledge with the P3 product as well as getting it integrated with QBooks online

we can not see invoices without clicking on them which waste time, when searching for a invoice need a feature to put cursor over invoice and see tech notes...also with multiple work orders we can not make a new invoice and assign it to original tech. each work order has to be on its own invoice so when we break the techs notes down to do a invoice it has to go to a POL and not to the tech so they do not get credit for the call

Everytime a customer pays by CC online, the bill is marked paid. Then my bank downloads the actual deposit and it doubles the amont paid in Quickbooks. It has my Accountant pissed off as it has inflated all my accounts especially my checking account. My Accountant is coming out to set up my system the right way. The way mine was set up by P-3 has wreaked havoc on my books.

Constant innovation and attention to the function as it relates to the daily operation of my field service business (Residential HVAC). They listen to what features work and what features I would like to see and they take that into consideration on new versions. I have personally seen multiple features I have requested put into operation. Integrates with Quickbooks.
Nachteile:
The software is very robust and it takes time to learn how to use it to it's full potential, however, it it not difficult to use. The function is intuitive and bugs are quickly resolved by the developers.

My company has used this software since 2018. The help desk is very helpful and they follow up on any questions you have about the software. Plus, they are always updating the software to keep up with the industry!

The only thing I can think of is there are too many clicks to confirm an appointment etc.
