Zero Customer Service - Should get Zero Stars
Kommentare: Any communication with FotoClient's support takes weeks for a response. When their CEO finally got back to me he was helpful in refunding and canceling my account as I did not get what I paid for. 10-Months later. There is a new charge on my credit card from fotoclient. I have not received a response from them in 2-weeks. This is a very SHADY business, and is very hard to work with.
Vorteile: Good for lead tracking
Nachteile: Buggy system, features don't work, support staff take weeks to respond to inquiries, and seem to run a shady business. They don't communicate, leaving you to feel as if they're a black-hole of nothingness.

Easy to stay organized, Bad customer service
Vorteile: What I like the most about fotoClient is the ease of organization. Good for tracking leads, shoots, invoices, etc.
Nachteile: Pray that you do not need assistance because getting help from customer service is like pulling teeth.
