Kommentare: Nudge helps with maintaining contact with your network and gives some surprising insight into your mailbox activity. This is useful in itself as it drives more effective communication and productivity. A good addition to help with information overload.

Vorteile: Anyone who gets lots of email will be familiar with the problem of maintaining relationships with your network. The action stuff gets done, but it's easy to miss out on those nurturing conversation and touching base with prospects and clients. Nudge helps with that in an unobtrusive way and is miles better than having to enter follow up tasks and dates in a CRM.

Nachteile: If you use a CRM there might be a bit of an overlap with some of the functionality of Nudge. Some users may rely on Nudge to the detriment of the quality of information being entered into the CRM. This is a good solution for lots of information workers and agile businesses, but may not be so readily accepted in the corporate world.
