Kommentare: We highly recommend Eventtia as event management software. Features are great and they try to make it easier to manage events.

Vorteile:

- Thanks to Eventtia we were able to offer a better experience to our attendees : we created multiple custom registration processes, offered online payments with discounts and the ability to connect before the event (networking feature). - For the first time in the history of our event, exhibitors didn't have to send us Excel files, but could manage their logistic online on a single plateforme. - A special thank goes to the support who helped us a lot and didn't hesitate to improve the software for us.

Nachteile:

- Creating the event website was not as easy as we thought, some HTML skills were needed. The next update should answer to the problem. - We had to create a second event with Eventtia in order to manage our foreigners attendees.

Nachteile:

- Not many possibilies for engagement of the participants

Eventtia and me

Kommentare: I've been involved in the use of the software more each year so I enjoy it more and more. But I'm frustrated to not be able to explore and use all the possibilities.
From a logistic point of view, I would like to manage more things thanks to Eventtia but it is either not possible with the software for the moment (to follow the rooming list for the event for exemple) or impossible because of the way we have to manage our event (we are not be directly in contact with our guests and we register them ourselves).

Vorteile:

This is a good showcase of the event. There is plenty of possibilities but we need time to explore it.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it is not intuitive. So it's difficult when you don't use it often and especially when you have to be quick at the moment you use it. The lack of time doesn't allow to explore all the possibilities.

Scouts events

Kommentare: We organized a lot of events during the year, some of them are weekly with 50 assitants, quaterly with 300, and yearly more than 1.000. For us Eventtia is so useful because help us to publish, share and confirm assitants.

Vorteile:

Is easy to setup, to use and they have great support services.

Nachteile:

CRM features, share events and agenda funtionality.

Vorteile:

The platform is very complete with many modules that we can customize. The platform is really 100% customizable, which I prefer on Eventtia.

Nachteile:

Difficult to choose the licenses, because the tokens are limited in time

Excelent tool to handle in very easy and fast steps the complexity of all size events

Kommentare: Relevant savings in time and money.

Vorteile:

It is intuitive, all is solved with just a few clicks, there is no need to navigate too much to get things done.

Nachteile:

Mailing campaigns do not work properly. In every single one of them we have had to ask support people to help us "fix" the code of our HTMLS. Mails that do not reach are also a problem. In some cases we have had to send our emalis with other platafoms, that implied extra costs, but we had none of the problems mentioned, we have con Eventtia.

An unforgettable experience with Eventtia

Vorteile:

Eventtia is a powerful event management tool, that gives a full overview of the event, from selling tickets to scheduling 1to1 meetings. Mauricio and his team were awesome, always there to give a hand and listen our feedback.

Nachteile:

We think Eventtia's UX should be improved. It is sometimes complicated to manage the front end website (a lot of essential features are missing). Some improvements have to be done on the overall design (website, but also emailings, etc).

Kommentare: Affordability with multiple features

Vorteile:

The integrated features and prompt customer service were the most beneficial software attributes. All of the app features were easy to use and intuitive. During the course of use by customers, no complaints were received regarding use.

Nachteile:

Not many cons... most of the learning is intuitive although you sometimes make matters harder than they need to out of pure being familiar with such integration.

A unique tool to go Beyond

Vorteile:

It is very useful too that adapts to the needs of our events. Also with the new developments, it has been a great tool to expand our business borders allowing us to develop new business lines.

Nachteile:

Its something that they are already working on, but the possibility of having extra branding and branding exposure on the platform.

First experience with Eventtia

Kommentare: to start with please guide the costomer by examples, ıt is not easy to start

Vorteile:

It is a full program for all needs. ıt is not easy to start but than you get used to.

Nachteile:

1-Vırtual studio needs a lot to use... You can not change a time and date once you arrange an activity. You have to start from the beginning. 2-ın activities choosing the speaker must be a menu type, It was along list for 130 speakers 3-with a heavy program (we had 4 rooms with many speakers) the day view in the app does not work, you can not understand anything. we used the list view instead

Easy-to-use and efficient registration platform. Great customer support!

Kommentare: Overall, my colleagues and I had a positive experience with the platform. Except for a few issues we found on the way (ex. badge creation), everything ran smoothly. Our account manager ( [SENSITIVE CONTENT]) was always helpful and reactive if we had questions or needed support. That's a big plus!

Vorteile:

Very efficient and reactive customer support (thanks, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!), easy-to-use and set-up platform, a combination of everything we needed for our in-person event (registration, match-making, communication, check-in).

Nachteile:

The badge creator should be improved to allow more flexibility with the format. It is a great feature for a registration platform, but in the end, we had the create the badges manually because of the format of our lanyards.

EVENTTIA USEFULNESS : I RECOMMEND IT

Kommentare: It was really useful for the members who were invited to participate to our congress :
- they find the mobile app very useful because they got all the information, details about the event and even more than expected.
- they will recommend this mobile app.
- Create a survey and collect the participants' answers was vezry interesting to understand what could be improvend in our event.

Vorteile:

Really user friendly : - practicality aspects, - many options, (create an event with your needs) - possibility to introduce internet links, pictures

Nachteile:

Of course some features may be improved but in my case, the usefulness was efficient. I don't see at present what can be improved. So it's difficult to point out some negative aspects.

How to develop a virtual event in a few days.

Kommentare: Since my first contact with Eventtia team, They felt a close empathy of what I wanted to achieve, they knew what I needed, therefore, I could create a digital event in days.

Vorteile:

What I love about using Eventtia, it's the easy way to getting a digital event in a few days, it is no crucial knowing about programming or an specific knowledge in tech, what you need is a programme and graphics elements that visually support your event such as pictures, logos etc.

Nachteile:

I'd like to see a digital booth just like a real Expo or something related with hybrid events.

Platform of virtual event

Kommentare: The experience, was good. You can do a personal landing page without programming knowledge, but you have some limitations with the templates.
The virtual stage it can be more simple, also if you have a lot of activities is complicate to understand and to know which activities I want to join.

Vorteile:

Very userfriendly to use the platform, very similar on other platforms to create a webside

Nachteile:

The attention from the customer service, they do not have a lot of experience on the platform and there are some funtions they do not know how to use it. The platform only have 3 languages, missing some. Need more help from eventtia team. Difficulties, to do a paralel events, also in the platform. Not userfriendly to have several schedule at the same time

A good value added in a virtual world

Kommentare: My overall experience has been good. The trainings we received were ok, but the online help center/FAQ has the answers to most things that come up.

Vorteile:

This is our first year working with Eventtia for our online event strategies and customer facing initiatives. The ability to build the website to your own specifications is great, so that registrants can continue to interact with the content throughout the experience. The responsiveness of the troubleshooting team is also excellent, and they always have great solutions for our questions.

Nachteile:

The virtual platform just seems to be a little behind other platforms that are available on the web. It often has technical difficulties (sound, log-ins, etc).

Awesome software!

Vorteile:

Very comprehensive software with a lot of inns and outs for the amount of money. Very user-friendly. The staff is quick and they try to resolve a problem immediately.

Nachteile:

Printing capabilities it’s limited to certain printers and types and labels.

Not for every day IT users

Kommentare: Frustrating. I wanted this to work, but couldn't. We even hired a consultant to look at it but in the end we just though it wasn't worth it and gave up.

Vorteile:

The ideal! I got very excited about a piece of webinar software which could be branded and have a bespoke look for the event attendee.

Nachteile:

It is not user friendly, and not all of the functionality works. This was advertised internally as "Create an online event in half an hour!!" however after weeks of trying to get it to work we have reverted to using MS Teams and Zoom. You would need a degree in computing science to make this thing work, it is just too complicated and there are too many bugs preventing it from connecting to zoom and teams for presenting.

The fact that the enterprises are able to arrange meetings by themselves makes everything easier for the administrator, so we can focus on other important things of the event instead of the logistics of the meetings.

Nachteile:

The filters for searching for free slots during the event

Kommentare: A all-in-one efficient and easy to use platform

Vorteile:

User-friendly platform We've been using Eventtia for our events since 2015 and they keep evolving, asking for feedbacks to improve their product. The platform to create our website is easy to use and the dashboard gathers all the info I need at one glance.

Nachteile:

No multi-registration system yet Attendees can't send new networking requests until those already sent have been accepted or denied (potential loss of prospects)

it was difficult to navigate at times and I did not like the way the check out is set up

Vorteile:

multiple events at once - it makes it easy to create more events for an organization like ours, very helpful

Nachteile:

People should be able to buy multiple tickets without having to add each person separately and the pay part should be on the same page as putting the information in and dont use the word SUBMIT, use the word NEXT because it causes confusion.
