In Betracht gezogene Alternativen:
Good, well-balanced small business CRM
Vorteile:
Copper is feature-rich and did everything we wanted it to do to manage sales at a relatively large website. We used Copper to manage leads, convert them to opportunities, track payments, and fulfill our clients' orders. We also set up integrations with Slack and Google Forms, which made it much easier for clients to reach out and for us to track progress and discuss projects in a single tool (Slack).
Nachteile:
Pricing could be more competitive, but compared to Salesforce, it's probably not bad at all.
Thank you Copper!
Kommentare: Overall, I've been really appreciating having Copper around. It's extremely useful for organizing the hundreds of projects I oversee so whenever I have a call with this person or that person, I'm not scrambling to remember the details.
Vorteile:
I like the UI design, the sorting features, the categorical colouring, and the consolidation of information/files. I also like that list item selections persist even after interacting with items, unlike classic spreadsheets like Excel and Sheets.
Nachteile:
I hesitate to filter my lists because it feels sort of irreversible to an extent. I know it's not, but the act of going into the filter menu, changing pre-existing filters, and then pressing "update filter" *feels* hard to reverse. Subconsciously, I feel like if I changed my filter, I'm afraid of forgetting what it used to look like. I end up just sorting my column of interest alphabetically/numerically and then scrolling down the sorted list to the keyword I wanted to focus on. It would be cool if the filtering UX was a little less "daunting." I hope that makes sense!
A decent solution for a small business
Kommentare: Overall, this solution works for our small business.
Vorteile:
It's very straight forward and has decent functionality for a small business that isn't ready for an expensive, customized CRM.
Nachteile:
Feels clunky at times, some limited features.
Copper Review 12/4
Kommentare: Overall it works well for what we need it but it can be a little bit lacking in some departments
Vorteile:
The most use we get out of copper is the ability to track conversation and email threads relating to projects.
Nachteile:
There seems to be some holes in analyzing data. Not the easiest thing to do. I also with you could send out weekly reports that show each individual project changes.
Great Product, good for productivity
Kommentare: Copper is a great platform that works well for my needs and the needs of our company.
Vorteile:
Copper is great because it integrates really well with google and the google suite.
Nachteile:
I do not like that the app has very limited functionality. Doing sales on the go without my laptop is highly difficult. I rely on copper a lot to stay focused.
