The product has enabled us to offer a tailored and flexible approach in the ways we apply our tariffs. It also provides us with all the options our customers want in terms of offering a consolidated invoices accross a number of sites and services, whetehr that be on paper or electronically.

Overall, the product has met our requirements and exceeded our expectations in providing addtional functionality that was not initailly part of our requirements

Kommentare: Jersey Electricity are long standing users of the Jenworks billing software package, which continues to meet ours and our customers needs efficiently and effectively. The billing software and the service provided are both excellent and we have no issues. The billing solution is highly flexible, enabling us to address our ever changing needs as a utility and to accurately and efficiently bill our customers.

Kommentare: The product works well and Jenworks have worked diligently to make the product suit our needs. The system is not intuative, however, the support team are very helpful and knowledgable in assisting with any problems we may have.
