Kommentare: The biggest problem that Diffbot solved for us is reducing our time-to-market. Diffbot enabled us to rapidly build our product so that we could test it with an initial set of pilot customers. With Diffbot we were able to focus on solving problems for our customers instead of worrying about building or scaling a web scraper from scratch. As a result, we were able to get initial traction within a month of coming up with the idea and can now easily support the new customers that we are acquiring.
Vorteile:
Before using Diffbot, we considered building our own scraping system. This would have cost us at least 4 weeks of development time up-front and 1-2 days of maintenance cost on a monthly basis. The time itself is valuable, but even more so when considering the opportunity cost of what that time could be spent doing in an early-stage startup. After integrating Diffbot, we have that time back to building our business, developing exciting features for our customers and growing our customer base. The API has been reliable and the data that Diffbot is retrieving adds value to our customers with every content brief that is created.

No issues that we've experienced so far, it does exactly what we need it to.

Kommentare: As a technical recruiter, it's really important that the data I'm sourcing is accurate and up-to-date. I haven't found a platform with more detailed (or accurate) information anywhere else. I've tried others but Diffbot seems to aggregate the latest information which gives me a huge advantage over other recruiters.
Vorteile:
You can find anyone! They've got the most up-to-date accurate info that is incredibly helpful when trying to source niche candidates for high-level development jobs. It feels like I have an unfair advantage with the data I'm able to pull.
Nachteile:
Took a little getting used to but their support team was really helpful and guided me in the query building process to find the right qualified candidates.

Powerful scraping tool with necessary developer support
Vorteile:
The basically out of the box crawler could scrape a bunch of data quickly. There were tons of features that clearly would be valuable with the help of internal developers.
Nachteile:
The initial output was generally pretty convoluted which required a lot of cleaning before being usable. It also required our own dev resources in order to really get the most out of it.
