While we aren't given many credits, I do feel that it's till a good value for the money. The low amount does prevent you feeling like you have to struggle to use all of your credits up.

There wasn't any posted holiday hours listed I could find. They did get back to me and handle the issue after the holiday however. I'm happy with the resolution, but would've liked a faster response back to me.

I think there's some areas where we could improve or change, but overall--it does it's job and certainly serves its purpose of helping encourage the habit of a positive shout out of other coworkers.
