Kommentare: there o nothing more uplifting then receiving recognition from my coworkers and boss. Truly has been an overall great app. Makes me excited to see what my coworkers appreciate about me.

It's so wonderful to receive recognition this way. I genuinely get so excited! Love collecting points

The only con is I wish I were able to customize a little more. Other than that great overall.

It is important for everyone to be recognize and its one of individuals stepping stone. Kudos is very helpful to be part of delivering recognition to employees. It is a very good application to redeem rewards.

you need to have stable internet connection to use and sometimes the application run slow.

Nachteile:

It does require you to use it consistently or it will not have an impact on your team. There is a free version but if you upgrade it is a little pricey

Kommentare: I have really appreciated the ability to look up who is on what team across my organization as well. When managing clients it's nice to feel like I know everyone and can work with them no matter how far apart we are.

Vorteile:

I love that I can connect with my peers and coworkers and thank them for their help whether they are on my immediate team or on a team across the country. I can recognize the work central to my role or thank them for help with the side projects I use. It is an easy way to build community in a virtual environment.

Nachteile:

I believe this is specific to my organization but I wish we could redeem Kudos points for real prized like giftcards, items, etc. However, a kind word is always nice.

My wife uses Kudos at her work place but there is no way for me to send her messages or awards. I know its only for in-company use.

Kudo's is a quick and tasteful way to say... I noticed that you went above and beyond or that you have my back and I appreciate you.

I like to be able to recognize our technicians and let them know that they are doing a job. When it's in writing, they can go back and look at it.

The only thing I don't like is that it seems like I get too many reminders to give someone Kudos.

I love to use Kudos so I can recognize my team and all the persons that support me day to day. It's really simple to use and really fun how you can add GIF's.

Nachteile:

I'll like to have more options so I can change my kudos, maybe other brands where I can use them.

Kudos Used Within a Healthcare Maintenance Department

Kommentare: I use this program every month and throughout the month to recognize up to 100 staff members in my department.

Vorteile:

I like the ability to choose individuals for their achievements with a variety of options for rewarding them.

Nachteile:

I have not found any concerns within the Kudos system that I have not liked.

What a morale booster!

Vorteile:

Working for a manufacturing company this is a way that the admin, sales, customer service staff can recognise others from different departments that make sure a difference in our day and the way we do our jobs. We may not work closely in the same department or vicinity but we can still acknowledge the efforts of anyone within the business and this is a great way of bringing the departments together.

Nachteile:

I love everything about it - it's a great morale booster and bridges the gap between production and sales / customer service.
