Vorteile:
Der Software ist sehr einfach zu nutzen und gleichzeitig hat usere Arbeitsqualität verbessert. Außerdem gibt es noch viele Tools und Futures, um der Arbeit zu vereinfachen.
Nachteile:
Als ein normal benutzer habe ich keine Probleme herausgefunden. Also wir nutzen dieser Software seit mehr als ein Jahre und bisher läuft alles in Ordnung

Some of the features are not needed. Other than that okay.

Kommentare: It's been good. Need better support. When they don't have an answer or the problem or issue has not been addressed, they promise to bring it to the attention of ....

Able to enter important information to help office and field techs alike
Nachteile:
Time sheets, needs more choices. PTO, breaks etc While it allows for property profile information and attaching that information to an Job, that information does not appear on invoice

Kommentare: Horrible company They want to lock you in on monthly contract and not give you a way out . These guys robbed me for 1600$ before I caught on. Keep an eye on your credit statement after talking with these guys .

Terrible experience
Kommentare: It's my decision if I want to use your product and you haven't respected it. If you spent half the time and money chasing clients into making a better product maybe I would have stayed.

It was okay software, not great. It sort of worked but seemed expensive for What you got
Nachteile:
After declining to keep the free trial they took over a week to cancel so I got charged. Complained that I gave them over a week to cancel and they refunded me but because I'm not in the USA it was less $10 because exchange rate movement. Since I've canceled they have phoned me multiple times each time I ask them to stop calling me and they don't respect it and call back.

Kommentare: support is aweful, they dont care about customers anymore. They keep trying to add new tings and never fix the old. It become a bandaid upon bandaid

Should have stayed with Quickbooks
Kommentare: Probably the worst most complex decisions I've made with my business. Its easier to work with a government agency then it has been working with Housecall.
Vorteile:
Nothing the whole experiences has been horrible. I was promised so much and got so little.
Nachteile:
After all this mess I should have just stayed with Quickbooks. Now I'm stuck with housecall.
False Advertising
Kommentare: I am quite sure I said it all above but I hope to provide lots of advertising for Housecall Pro going forward!
Vorteile:
They have good sales people who do not know the limitations of what they are selling.
Nachteile:
They did not perform and waisted a lot of our time trying to make it work with our needs and did not offer to refund our money when they could not perform as they claimed they could during the sale!!
They keep spamming me
Kommentare: So frustrated with this company. They keep calling even after they assure me that I will no longer be on their call list, even last time I demanded that they remove me from their database and they didn't.

I think it worked when I used it, but it wasn't for me. Now they won't stop calling me no matter what I do

They keep spamming me. I can't get them to stop calling no matter what I do. It's been 5 years and they still keep calling meit's been 5 years and they still keep calling me
Good, Bad & Ugly
Kommentare: There are many really good thing in the basic scheduling, estimates, service plans, jobs and such. But, my level of frustration with the administrative side of this program is equivalent to how good the dispatch and job creation side.

For the most part the base program is really good. Jobs, Estimates, Scheduling, etc. However,...
Nachteile:
The payroll is so full of bugs it needs several cans of Raid to try to wrangle some of then into the corral. The whole money section is full of blue pigs. I can't even corral those hogs for nothin. And the reports leave a lot to be desired as well. Frustrated...

overrated software
Kommentare: this was a huge waste of time and cost us time and money, when doing nothing would have been better

every single way to edit customer address, estimates, lack of ability to sign across platforms, customer service not accountable, need one or two same people for same region, or accounts, otherwise they have no skin in the game

Vorteile:
Scheduling appointments, billing and invoicing, and payment processing are done easily and comfortably from my phone.
Nachteile:
Nothing to dislike here! Housecall Pro is an excellent software program.

One of the most well oiled FSM machines on the market.
Nachteile:
Their merchant services partnership is a little bit of a scam, but most are with these all in one systems.

Kommentare: Housecall Pro simply works. The learning curve is minimal.

Comprehensive and easy to implement. Our employees like being able to see the schedule and their ability to log in their daily hours for payroll.
Nachteile:
The interface with QuickBooks can be quirky depending on the customers payment method.

Manages everything on fingers
Vorteile:
Housecall Pro organised everything easily. It scheduled multiple meetings and calls, perfectly generates invoices and best support in billing and pricing. Customer support solves every query it is an important factor. In it, someone is always available for help.
Nachteile:
Housecall Pro has no major downfall in it. If go through it in deep so mobile bugs collect my interest in it. but if ignore only that thing so it was the bucket of the facility which is easily understood by my staff members.

Time saver software for HVAC Service Calls
Kommentare: Service our tenants on time is our motto and using this software is helping us achieve this.
Vorteile:
It is helping us in assigning techs to the HVAC service calls as per priority. The software has great tools to close work orders on time.
Nachteile:
The reporting, report generation, and accounting sections can be enhanced otherwise all other functions are good.
