My favorite location management software!
Kommentare: We have been using Xtreme Locator for years now and will continue to rely on it as our go to for managing our domestic and international locations.
Vorteile:
We are able to customize the api to our needs. We use Xtremelocator to power the locations search on our websites and mobile applications. By using the field manager and layout we are able to filter and customize the results being displayed and stylize them to match our different designs.
Nachteile:
The only con I have is that there should be other steps between having 100 locations and then having to go to 1000. A few more tiers of level of service would be very helpful for business that fall in the mid-range.
Selling to clients all over the USA

Vorteile:
It list with a connection to google maps the nearest location to your home, and if you want it can plot your trip from home to the store, excleent for connecting customers to your retailers. we have over 2,000 retailers in the USA.
Nachteile:
A bit hard on the setup, uses to many names that are known to the software developers but unknown to us the client.

Once it is setup it is fine

Vorteile:
When it works, it works great, I like that I can access contacts anytime. The cost isn't too much.
Nachteile:
When the system breaks, it is challenging to get anyone to respond, or to fix it. Plan on a week or so anytime it breaks.

Thanks for your review. Normally, we try to respond to support issues within no longer than 24 hours. Custom work orders can take longer but we always try to prioritize our client support.

We have utilized this software for the last 15+ years. Extremely user friendly and customer service is nothing short of awesome.
Nachteile:
Nope-there is nothing I don't like. What's not to like about a software that performs as it states it will.

Very Pleased using Xtreme Locator
Vorteile:
We have been using this software for years to manage our Distribution and OEM contacts for our company. Customers can easily search using their zip code to find a local contact they can help you get the product they require. Updating contact information is easy and produces instant results.
Nachteile:
I've never had any issues with the software.

Great Locator Software
Kommentare: We are using this on three websites to define our reps territories.
Vorteile:
The software is very flexible on setup and defining territories. Works well with many CMS with plug-in for Joomla and WordPress.
Nachteile:
Don't really have an option to display a defined territory just map where the geographic location.
