Very easy system to learn and manage
Vorteile: I started using this software and became a pro! It's very easy to learn and teach.
Nachteile: Nothing. I loved everything about using this program. I think they could have done more updates more often to the software.

Vorteile: Texting and email blast capabilities and the constant support from Adir

Like Using Stone Knives and Bearskins - "Cave Man Technology"
Kommentare: I was FORCED to use this software for 3 years despite my observations and urging our moving company owner to switch over to a better sales support software.....occasionally I would email the actual developer of Granot with questions asking if this, that or the other could be expanded/improved/rennovated. The engineer (Ayal) did answer my questions a few times with instructions on a particular function, but never changed anything, then gradually did not email me back at all, since I was not the monthly purchaser of the software service. So for those who unfortunately plan use this product monthly here is the rundown of what it won't do for you: A. Won't keep an accurate list of your customers that have filled in their moving inventory list while you were out of the office. B. Won't even NOTIFY you in real time with a pop-up when a customer goes into the system and completes their inventory while you are parked on another account and on the phone with a different customer. (A HUGE loss for sales right there! Time is money in sales.) C. software constantly populates the rates and cf. fields with what "it" suggests is the norm for measurements and pricing - which is too aggrevating to have to fix again and again once the customer has submitted an inventory list, or once you refresh your own page before checking off the "lock rate" box at the close of the sale. D. template for local moving forces you to submit 2 quote #'s if customer stores then ships out later.
Vorteile: Not much at all, except it was able to keep our contracts a short 4 pages long for the sake of the customer.
Nachteile: Developer continues to use an OLD copyrighted platform begun in year 2000, introduces "tweaks" every now and then (like a landlord that paints the outside of a building and puts decoration on it, but never does anything major to rennovate the inside.) For the sales side of moving this is neither a powerful nor intuitive piece of software at all.
