Kommentare: Very negative. Would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this company.
Vorteile: It is certainly software that anyone can use, however, the people behind it are simply thieves.
Nachteile: I signed up for my trial period, use it for a couple of months and then cancelled. Low an behold, they never stopped billing me. They would refund anything. Thieves.

Customer service matters.
Kommentare: I tired out Move Ninja and it was a great product. It just didn't suite my needs. I cancelled my trial but got billed. I emailed the company requesting a refund but got zero response for two months. I was irked. YESTERDAY I got an email apologizing that my email had gone to spam and was missed. They issued the refund for me. Many companies who do not value customer service would have not taken care of this at all. Move Ninja shows great integrity. I'm sure it crosses all areas of their business.

Kommentare: At the beginning of my companies growth, it was great. The developer was in contact with me directly at times asking for feedback and willing to make the necessary changes to better the functionality. Then one day he stopped responding and it there has not been any updates or new features added in years. I'm looking to switch over to something else because its no longer fitting my needs.
Vorteile: it's industry-specific so there are some intuitive features that are very useful. e-sign order for service agreement
Nachteile: the developers are nonexistent at this point. This software is as good as its going to get. Its got some major drawbacks including notifications and the email templats are limited .

worst customer service ever
Kommentare: The software itself is great but when you need 4 days to literally get in touch with a customer rep, then that is just out of any discussion. And when I made it to talk to someone, was to find out that the owner does not allow new customers to sync with google calendar which is not listed on their web at all.
