Kommentare: e-CImpact is simple to use from the administrative end AND the customer end. The grantor will enjoy the ease with which they can create and manage application and reporting processes. The applicant will enjoy the user-friendly online process. Application/report reviewers will navigate through the system with no trouble at all. The flexibility of e-CImpact allows an organization to customize the process, the look, and the feel in a myriad of ways. The product is wonderful. The big bonus is truly EXCELLENT customer service. Their employees are knowledgable, kind, and (perhaps most importantly) patient. More than that, they genuinely want to meet the needs of their clients. They consistently ask for feedback and they listen! They are always looking for and implementing improvements and upgrades to e-CImpact. I highly recommend Seabrooks' e-CImpact.

Overall I have had a good exerience with the system.

Kommentare: Customer service is always spot on, I feel as though my enhancement requests are taken seriously, the system is constantly being updated and worked on to make improvements. The knowledge and expertise of the staff at Seabrooks is top quality. There are small things about the system that can be difficult such as alpha order of things, agency level v. program level issues and some reporting that tends to be more difficult for the user that is more Community Impact and less IT staff.
