Kommentare: It was cheaper than the previous solution we used, and better. It helps us keep our pricing competitive.

Vorteile: It is v easy import of text files to update the pricing. This was important for us since we use an in house system to adjust price levels and needed a quick way to get these into the system. You drag and drop the file and it tells you instantly if there are any problems with it. The website is good and quick to navigate. I'm sure it has many features and reports we don't use, but what we do use works well. You can look in detail at repricing events to troubleshoot issues. The scheduler allows you to set different rules at different times of day. We use this to increase our prices at time in an attempt to help pull pricing back up when there's multiple sellers undercutting each other. You can, if you want, set particular rules to deal with specific competitors.

Nachteile: We pay for ultimate only to take advantage of the 'Scheduler' functionality, which seems to be one of the main advantages to Amazon's own free offering. However, I think the additional monthly cost for this is relatively high and given that there is now a free offering from Amazon it should be included in the 'Plus' pricing.

The only technical thing I really don't like is the price replicator to Shopify. It's poorly documented and it's difficult to control. For example if you turn it on it can start changing prices for products you don't want it to, until you upload a file to opt them out. I would like to see control of this done through the repricer bulk upload file and have a way to set more complex rules for Shopify pricing on a product by product basis. For example: say we would like our Shopify price to be 5% less than Amazon providing unless it reaches a Shopify floor price, and we'd like it no more than a Shopify ceiling price.
I would also like to see deals for using more than one XSellco product.

Very easy keeps prices competitive without me having to monitor (I have watched it running too)

Vorteile: I like how easy it is to use once you have set your parameters you can use the bulk upload feature. It keeps the prices competitive and is constantly working so I know I don't have to worry about that. The dashboard is useful to have a quick and easier to understand sales report than the in depth ones available on amazon, for monitoring day to day sales.

Nachteile: Due to my positive experiences with this software, I would have to say the not knowing what to do if something goes wrong, however I see there is a chat feature that is very prominent and would probably go via this route

Kommentare: The experience has been transformational, taking the business from annual sales of £1m to annual sales of £10m+

Vorteile: The repricer is market leading and incredibly robust. Helpdesk is also an incredibly powerful tool.

Nachteile: Support tends to be business hours only, whereby with us being a 24/7 enterprise we have to occasionally wait for a response. However, the online help documents are clear, concise and easily accessible.

We use this to stay competitive on amazon

Kommentare: It is really the only way to get the edge for the buy box without being FBA or a prime vendor

Vorteile: It gives you lots of information on what is going on with your amazon listing and reprices to keep you competitive in the most competitive market in the world. The visuals and data it provides helps to make plans and goals based on data. It also handles all of the different Amazon marketplaces in one spot

Nachteile: If something goes out of stock, when stock is added, you almost have to start over. We have more items on Amazon then sync to Xsellco

Kommentare: Immediate increase in sales, set it and forget it.

Vorteile: Ease of use, I have no technical skills and it was very easy to get set up and going. One things were set up everything was automated and I was able to pretty much forget about it while it went to work for us. Saw an immediate increase in sales.

Nachteile: Some of the navigation on the interface can be a bit confusing at first. It wasn't a big issue but that is the only con I have come across.
