Easy to use, Customizable, Affordable Aircraft Maintenance Tracking & Inventory Management Software
Traxxall's improved our ability to track maintenance on our aircraft, ensure regulatory compliance and protect the residual values of our aircraft. And it did so more affordably than the well-known competitive system we were using beforehand. The system interface is pretty intuitive and easy-to-use. It's built-in automation features saved our operations a lot of time.
From my perspective, the best features are:
- Customizable screens & reports;
- Automation of previously manual tasks to save time and improves data accuracy;
- Cloud-based plus Android and iOS apps. Plus, just as importantly, we were supported right from the start by an experienced aviation analyst. A Holding Area that acts as a convenient digital in-tray where clients control the revisions on their aircraft.
Traxxall is extremely easy to use. It is more affordable than its main competitors. It is highly customizable. We sleep better at night knowing our maintenance data is securely backed up to the cloud. (Had some bad experiences in the old days.) Love the smart tracking that helps ensure the accuracy of our maintenance data. They are also actively developing and improving the software, adding new integrations. All-in-all we are very pleased with what Traxxall has to offer our maintenance operations.
In my humble opinion, a refresh of the user interface might be in order down the line.

Kommentare: TRAXXAL company is a very customer oriented company. They really care what the customer needs and wants. Their company culture is to respect and make you feel that you are part of the system and they want to make it as easy as possible to use their products. Reliability in our industry is critical and TRAXXAL delivers what we need.
TRAXXAL will do what you need if it makes it easier to use the software. Printing cards, making log entry and being able to correct it, seeing your entire fleet on one screen to give you a good overall picture and....
Nothing that stands out. We could use a feature of read only for some of our outside vendors but I'm not sure if that has been implemented into the system yet or not. Improve work cards, some are little too much detail, but better have too much info than not enough.

-Web Based -Somewhat easy to use -Amazing Customer Service (from everyone except my analyst) -Every Functionality request we made was looked into or implemented in a timely fashion -For the most part it was a functional system -Sales contact was amazing, so were the CEO, President and other Management
-The Analyst, he did not listen at all -We are a Canadian Operator, they did not want anything to do with CAWIS or TC -The Analyst can change things on your machine without your consent, and they often did (turning my AC's red for tasks that were not applicable) -The enrollment process was an absolute nightmare, they did not do a log book audit as they promised, they enrolled a lot of tasks that were N/A to our AC's, they did not add any of the previous compliance for AD's -There were a number of functionality requests, that I just don't understand how we were the first to notice. -The "Due List" will show items in Engine Hours if it is an Engine Task, not Airframe hours, which is too confusing for some users -The "Component" tracking is Engine only, they built us some "Rotors" but they were not useable. So if you are a helicopter company and you want to track a Main Rotor Hub Assembly, look else where, trust me. -Staff is not knowledgeable, They way over sell their Aviation Knowledge.

Kommentare: Overall this is hands down the best system and service in the industry. I've used them all and having a dedicated analyst who is always available and knows Falcons is great. I will recommend to anyone looking for a better system.
The software is extremely easy to use and training our team was really easy. Their Walk Me feature is great. Implementation was very thorough and it was clear these guys know my aircraft. They found 7 errors from my previous tracking system and they were all highlighted in a report at the end of the enrollment.
I wish I would have implemented 3 years ago.
