Sometimes too many articles with the keywords but not as much relevance as would be ideal.. Otherwise, there are none.

Social Media Management Made Easy

Kommentare: A great tool for Social Media managers looking to ease some of the stress that comes from handling multiple accounts.

Vorteile:

In short, curated content. It's a breath of fresh air when trying to manage multiple accounts. Just plug in a keyword and DrumUp does (mostly) the rest. When you're in a time crunch, especially when you're management 10 accounts and up, this is a life-saver. It's also cheap, and you can manage all of your accounts from one location. It's super easy to get started and a breeze to use.

Nachteile:

It's a bit lacking on what platforms you can incorporate with the software. Other Social Media management tools allow for a greater variety of platforms.

Great software but the quality of content is not that good

It connects with numbers of social media platforms very easily, great tool if you are managing lots of social media accounts in different platforms. You can set your post mode to autopilot and stop worrying about the page though you should worry about the content that this software suggests.

Nachteile:

The quality of content suggested by this software is not good.

Vorteile:

I love how DrumUp finds articles that really do matter to me. I have several other curated list services that I subscribe to, but for some reason, they don't target their articles to me the way that DrumUp does. I provide DrumUp with topics that are of interest to me, and whether I visit the website or not, I get a curated list in my email that always catches my attention.

Finally Helped Me Get on Track with Social Media for Myself

Vorteile:

The fact that there is fresh, relevant content provided on a daily basis. It is rare that a contest suggestion is not relevant to the keywords.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the cost, but in all honesty, it has proven its ROI in terms of follower growth and engagement

Really time saving for social media content

Kommentare: After using drumup to post our offers, it made our clients more engaged with our products. It was a win win situation. If the clients like he can ask for our services and if don't, he still got knowledge what things we offer. All of this never have been so easy.

Vorteile:

We can schedule what we want to post as simple as that. It is really helpful when we want our clients to know about our offers on regular basis. You will always entertain your audience with fresh content suggested by drumup. It saves our manual effort which are very time consuming.

Nachteile:

Drumup is still buggy. There are always issues when we want many tags for our post. I hope it can fix the issues soon. There are still many social media Giants which needs to be included by drumup.

I have had a great experience with DrumUp. They have really decent articles to choose from.

I like that you are able to schedule posts yourself or just let them do it for you. That has really come in handy, as has the ability to see, at a glance, when things are scheduled.

Nachteile:

At this point, maybe what I like the least is the cost.

Kommentare: Overall the experience is good but we do have need for more users to post which is a higher account level. I can't say at this point if we'll stick to with it but this could be good for companies with lesser needs.

Vorteile:

This is a newer product for us. I like having access to analytics in one place and I always love having access to a mobile account. We are still fairly new to the product and currently still have Buffer as our back in case we decide to stay with them.

Nachteile:

The biggest thing I don't care too much for is that it doesn't have access to posting to Instagram. Buffer got in early and does offer this access. It's still somewhat limited but it is offered through them.

A great way to obtain and share quality content that you might not find elsewhere.

It surfaces commentary, news and information that I haven't seen elsewhere in an easy to read format. When I choose to share articles it's a quick and easy process.

Nachteile:

When you schedule posts and tweets for publication it's not very clear what time they will be shared on the respective platforms.

DrumUp saves me time from scouring Google for curated content.

Vorteile:

The ability to curate posts for me based on my various needs in many different niches. I used to spend hours trying to find appropriate NEW and FRESH content based on keywords.

Nachteile:

Can't find any cons yet! I think being able to have various keywords broken down into separate notification emails instead of one lump email with everything might be helpful, but some people might hate having their inbox bombarded.

DrumUp is the next best thing to Hootsuite's defunct Suggestions

Kommentare: I've been using DrumUp for the last and found it very useful for social media clients who need to have curated and organic content. It's great because you can schedule post through the platform which allows the client's social media asset to keep posting and not appear stale.

Vorteile:

I love that DrumUp picks social media content to curate and then allows you to post it to the Facebook business page or Twitter Account.

Nachteile:

You cannot pick multiple key words on the free account and some of the articles you have to question the validity of the data being shared.

Great tool for establishing a consistent social media brand presence

Vorteile:

I like the ability to identify a set of key words that results in a targeted feed of articles that are relevant to my area of interest. This makes it easy for me to find quality content across a number of sources in a relatively short period of time and schedule the posting of them in advance.

Nachteile:

Just a small nit, when scheduling posts, it would be helpful to be able to see the days on which you already have post scheduled. I tend to schedule a post for each weekday morning and I cannot see which day I have already scheduled while I am in the post scheduling screen.

Kommentare: Helpful curating posts, timely and informative. I use a couple of curation sites, but DrumUp seems to have the best content, though sometimes I don't find enough content.

Helpful in finding content. Good for clients with one or 2 social accounts. I need more flexibility with posting time, a calendar to view my scheduled posts, etc.

Nachteile:

Comparatively expensive compared to Social Pilot, which is better equipped to manage multiple accounts in groups. If I added the number of accounts I manage, I would be paying 3 x the amount for less features.

Vorteile:

It is really easy to use and keeps your three main social media accounts organized while offer you some really nice articles. But also you can add multiple Facebook and Twitter accounts, so it is not limited to one. If you are a Community Manager, this is the software for you. Additionally, it finds quality content for you and present it neatly.

Nachteile:

It doesn’t link to Instagram, Pinterest nor Tumblr... yet (I guess). Hope the update it soon and we all get the experience for all social media.

It's easy to use. I hooked up my social profiles, put in a few key topics, and I get a daily digest of posts I can share to my accounts!

I like how you can easily connect your social accounts and then use the content discovery option to decide what to publish. You can easily schedule posts for different days, with content suggested by Drumup based on what you think your readership will be interested in.

Nachteile:

There's only a trial version, no free tier. Other social media management companies have free tiers. Also, you cannot connect Google+.

It works to create content when I cant and keeps my audience engaged. I don't have to babysit it. It gets close without getting dangerous.

I wish I could customize more areas and where the content was coming from. Sometimes you need to check to make sure it is pushing content. Using pictures may help raise engagement on Drum up posts.

Pretty Good for sourcing recycle marketing

Vorteile:

I like that the software will find decent articles that can be regurgitated based on topics. And when you tie it to IFTTT automation, it spins it out pretty rapidly.

Nachteile:

Not always fresh content - seems most are a few weeks old in my query. I've changed my interests a few times but I'm considering it might not be looking enough? or the query is too precise? Still experimenting with it over time.

Seamless and On Target

Kommentare: I've used Buffer, Hootsuite and a few other tools, and have found DrumUp to be the best combination of freemium features, seamless ease of use, and a time-saving content generation tool. I get my clients started with DrumUp, then after a period of time, when they have grown into a more mature use of social media, they are happy to upgrade to the paid features. I recommend it for sure.

Sometimes get formatting errors on posts. i.e. no spaces and need to edit, but not always. Nothing else.
