Vorteile:
We made the daunting decision to switch to Teamgate from Salesforce and haven't looked back. The best part so far is the in-depth assistance from their team. This has included a seamless onboarding as well as an in-depth analysis of our current sales processes and recommendations on how to improve and implement sales best practices. We haven't looked back.
Nachteile:
Migrating data was time-consuming and frustrating at times, but their team spent significant time assisting with this process to ease the pain and get it up and running with minimal downtime

All Around CRM That Delivers!
Kommentare: Having interacted with a few other CRM's, I'm most impressed and genuinely happy working with such a great group of people bringing clean water into the homes of America!
Vorteile:
TG is an all around CRM that does most everything very well and with an intuitive approach. And if that's not easy enough, their onboarding process walks you through leveraging the technology to achieve the best results in minimal time. Importing large lead lists were a snap with the mapping technology and they have integrations with other partners. When we've had questions or identified anything working out of the ordinary, they have been lightning fast to respond and deploy fixes. Overall this is a company that can support businesses at scale, yet nimble enough to deliver exceptional customer service.
Nachteile:
There aren't any major stand out issues with TG but if I have to nitpick to keep it 100 then perhaps the integrations could be fuller with more options but zapier, u know? Another minor tidbit might be when you're reviewing the tasks for the day, to be able to mute/delay an event from the task view instead of a full edit of the task. Overall workflows are quick and easy to pick up, but there's always room for efficiency's and the team at TG is quick to integrate ideas that benefit everyone!

Horrible Customer Service
Kommentare: I started a trial of Teamgate, and when I signed up I received an email from a customer support specialist. She asked when would be a good time to talk, so I gave her my number. She didn't call for 30 minutes so I went on break, and when I returned (half an hour later) she had emailed me and said that my call had gone to voicemail. I told her that I would call her tomorrow, but when I went to find her number the phone number had 12 numbers in it. I emailed her and asked her what number to call, and she didn't respond. A day later, she emailed me with the title "TAKE IT EASY" and explained that everyone's time was precious and that she needed to know what my experience with Teamgate was. Her email title alone, "take it easy" was rude, and she was also short with me in her other emails, accusing me of not answering my phone, etc. The customer service was what turned me off from this - absolutely horrible!
Nachteile:
Customer Service - at least be nice to your customers!

Vorteile:
It has been super simple to integrate. I transferred data from my old CRM to TeamGate over the course of a few days. Plus the near instant customer support, it was basically impossible to make any operational errors.
Nachteile:
I don't have any legitimate concerns with the software.

Effortless sales pipeline management
Kommentare: The Teamgate team has been really helpful with transitioning to a better CRM/Sales pipeline management solution. It is a breath of fresh air to have confidence in a tool that I know will be consistently reliable and help us easily manage our sales pipe.
Vorteile:
Having used PipeDrive for a number of years I had pretty much become accustomed to all their annoyances with ease of use and the frequent downtime where it was unusable. The Teamgate team quickly addressed every single issue that I had with my past CRM and I got set up very smoothly. I much prefer Teamgate's customisable card-based UI where the most vital information is clearly displayed at a glance (next follow-up task set, contact details & category). This makes it so much more efficient to manage my sales pipeline. Also happy for the highly available support team there if I need it.
Nachteile:
Bit of a learning curve with the data import process and integrating Gmail through the support team gave me all the help I needed so this really is a small nitpick just for the sake of thinking of a con.

Beautiful CRM for SaaS
Kommentare: The team has been great and helped us establish a methodology to sales (so pipe stages mean something). Consistency = sales velocity, and for us this tool does a far better job of keeping us executing what we know works (but we don't always do) than Pipedrive did.
Vorteile:
This like Pipedrive (before they got bought and turned into some Frankenstein's monster that gouges on price) but better. The Xero/Quickbooks integration makes it really easy to handle renewals and closed won (have they paid yet? When did they pay), while the inbuilt SMS capability gives you access to email and SMS out of the box for lead management - SMS is the most opened communication channel in the world. Finally, dashboard insights actually help see what's going on. I feel like I have more control now and can fix conversion rate blockages with process experiments, or see who isn't performing and take action.
Nachteile:
Setting up Gmail is a bit more involved than other platforms, but nothing a bit of Googling can't solve (setting the IMAP correctly).

Fantastic for sales management!!
Kommentare: Very good solution! We are able to onboard a user within half a day becuase of the easy layout and segmentation.
Vorteile:
The ease of use is extremely important here at FiveCRM. Teamgate does this excellently. The dashboard is very comprehensive and we all know where we are month-to-month/quarter-to-quarter.
Nachteile:
I am sure there will be other integrations needed at some point but we are very happy with Teamgate currently. It has become a business critical tool for the business, especially our sales department.

Easy to use and great service!
Kommentare: I've had an overall great experience with teamgate. They are always very responsible when I have any questions and there's fast turnover when I need a feature or something added.
Vorteile:
I think Teamgate is really easy to use and makes it simple to track leads and deals throughout the different stages of the pipeline
Nachteile:
I think some of the export features can be tricky to pull but you are able to see all the information in insights or the dashboard.

Teamgate is what drives packagecloud sales
Vorteile:
Teamgate has so many benefits for our team, that it truly is hard to pinpoint what is there to like most. If the fate of the universe was on the line, and I had to choose one, I would go with the analytics and the forecasting. It truly gives us a 360 view of our sales performance and allows us to focus on areas of improvement
Nachteile:
There really is not much to dislike about the software. If I were to nitpick, it would be an easier way to integrate with their VoIP, Twilio. In all fairness though, twilio is just a pain in the butt

Great sales CRM for day-today business use
Kommentare: Overall experience with Teammate has been extremely positive.
Vorteile:
Teammate allows for the management of leads to be done in the most efficient way possible. Email integration, task management, and lead history being all in one place facilitates a smooth transition when going through leads. Zapier and Intercom integrations allows for the targeting of hot leads in a quick and timely manner. Sales pipelines are extremely easy to follow and gives a transparent view to all team members.
Nachteile:
There is no current issues/want/needs/improvements for the software that comes to mind.

Not a perfect CRM but really close
Vorteile:
We had quite a lot of different CRMs in the past but kinda stopped looking after we found Teamgate. I felt we used to overpay with the other tools, and it stopped with them - we use Enterprise plan and we get the whole range of features for this kind of money. All other CRMs with all these integrations and functionality is way more expensive (I'd say from $20 to $100 more). We have a few products so it's great that Teamgate offers multiple sales pipelines, so we can setup different sales processes in each of them. Also, the insights are just great, pretty easy to find everything we need; You can get reports or export files in just a matter of second and a few clicks. That's what we needed.
Nachteile:
I miss better email integration (let's say 2-way sync), but the one they have also does the job. However, our customer success manager helped us to set it up and we never had any problems with it.

Easy and pleasant start, help for every company

We have started recently and I must admit it's really easy to get started with Teamgate. CRMs usually are so complex but with Teamgate it's different. It's intuitive, so you can learn how to perform tasks without asking how. Well, yes, it was nice when they have us some more advice how to structure our sales process better to reflect our company's activities, but in general you can just buy a licence and start in no time. Great support
Nachteile:
Maybe a talk/chat functionality inside the tool would be nice. Then you can communicate with your colleagues in real-time. However, now we use Slack and have integrated it with Teamgate.
A really great CRM system
Vorteile:
TEAMGATE is a simple, transparent, and easy to use CRM system. It uses a fully integrated system that connects and organizes entire sales processes. It is also extremely user friendly and has a clean design.
Nachteile:
The one issue that I do have with TEAMGATE is that the program can lag quite a bit, as well as require force-quitting. This can greatly affect productivity, which decreases users' desire to use the program.
Finally our sales are predictable

With the help of Teamgate we started managing our sales opportunities in a more efficient way, shortened our sales cycle and increased our sales revenue. An easy to use power tool supporting our metric driven process
Kommentare: We started to use Teamgate parallel to our endeavors to organize and systematize our sales process. Setting up the sales pipeline, sales goals and most importantly following a lead through the stages of our partnership is quite a task on its own for a young startup. In addition to the well-known initial hurdles of getting to know your customers, it is quite important that all actions done to get you down that road are carefully measured and annotated. With that said it does not matter how good of a plan or a protocol you set up is if it is not applied with certain ease and automation in the daily work of the whole chain from the management team to the sales force. Teamgate allowed us to utilize our sales process and gave us the much-needed overview of our insights into our leads and customers resulting in an agile and effective realization of the goals set. With that, it empowers us on our path of changing the veterinary medicine with stem cell treatments. Teamgate team offered their support professionally and with kindness through all the hick-ups on the way and we would recommend the software to all startups thinking of a measured leap forward in their business.

2 ways calendar exchange with iCal, DAVDroid etc. The only one! Clean interface, easy to use. Fast (and nice) support.
Nachteile:
Prices a bit high vs. competitors: more features at same price with other CRM (upgrades available) but still TeamGate is the only one with 2 way sync so worth it for money.
