> **Vorteile**: The \#1 thing we love about ART is that it has allowed us to get rid of paper reconcilements. Beyond that, the ART platform makes reconciliations more streamlined for us. It saves a lot of time during audits because the reconciliations are easy to mass export with backup documentation and audit trails. We also use the taskmaster for month end tasks which makes tracking month end progress easier.

> **Nachteile**: The user interface could use a refresh. The reconciliation screens could be more streamlined or intuitive. However, overall the system is relatively easy to navigate both as a user and an admin.

> Skystem customer service is fantastic. It's hard to find this level of friendliness and quick service with any vendor.

> **Vorteile**: I love the organization and ability to see in an instant where our team is during our close each month. It is a better tracking tool to show auditors who prepares a reconciliation and who signs off on the reconciliation than in Excel alone.  I also like being able to navigate between periods easily.

> **Nachteile**: There are a few too many options in the reconciliation for variances, I would prefer one section and you could drop down and pick what the reconciliation difference was. Also, I find it tricky to add attachments in the "task preparer" section.
> 
> Sales, Onboarding, training, everything went smoothly and quickly. The team was very hands on, available to answer any questions as we implemented the system and are still available afterwards if something comes up.
