Februar 2025* | Essen & Trinken | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: It is intuitive and really easy to use, and is packed full of useful features. > > **Nachteile**: It is hard to find fault with Rotacloud, really. Since I apparently have to write something here, I would say that I wish it was a little harder to accidentally make changes to rotas once they have been published (being able to "lock" a published rota would be great, for instance). > > I love Rotacloud - it has totally transformed the stressful relationship I previously had with rota planning and timesheet management. ----- ### "Get time back for other tasks" — 5.0/5 > **Rhyanne** | *6. Oktober 2023* | Krankenhausversorgung & Gesundheitswesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I love that rotacloud has allowed me to gain time back for other responsibilities. It makes rota writing so much easier and quicker, helping my work load be more manageable. > > **Nachteile**: I would say our staff would raise issues because they are reluctant to use the excellent help section. I personally do advise to use the product on the laptop rather than the app for those who struggle with mobile tech. > > Fantastic, great team. They are so good it feels like we are part of the same company sometimes\! They are fun, very helpful and well mannered\! I love customer service and this team are a great example of how a company should project those skills. ----- ### "It has been amazing" — 5.0/5 > **Ifemide** | *3. Juni 2026* | Krankenhausversorgung & Gesundheitswesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: It has been an amazing experience using RotaCloud. From the very beginning, it was very easy and initiative to use. It has made shift allocation and staff management part of my job seamless. It has also made it possible to track and capture staff attendance and punctuality through the clock in and clock out system which shows not only the clock-in time but also the location, giving a sense of security for not only the people we support but also the staff. The availability of the mobile app helps during emergency shifts to know what staff member is available and quick assigning of shift. I must say that the RotaCloud I met when joining is not the same RotaCloud that is currently available as there is constant update of new features, giving great value for money. > > **Nachteile**: There is nothing not to like about RotaCloud, from its intuitive outlay to the ever available and helpful customer service. > > It has been a great experience using RotaCloud so far in the management of staff rota and even distribution of shift across the organisation and our different locations. ----- ### "Gone from paper timesheets to a clock in software" — 4.0/5 > **vicky** | *6. Juni 2023* | Gastgewerbe | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: the app for staff, easy to amend rotas live so all can see. ask for shifts and publish to staff to claim. easy reports for monthly payroll > > **Nachteile**: working out different levels for the team and integrating into payroll but once i had it explained to me it was very simple > > overall set up was pretty easy and day to day usage is good ----- ### "Rotacloud- an invaluable digital rota system" — 5.0/5 > **Aled** | *18. Mai 2026* | Krankenhausversorgung & Gesundheitswesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Easy to use for staff using their mobiles phones. Ability to see all rotas on one week for that staff member. The ability to change shift details from one location. The ability to put up an open shift for all staff members instantly. An invaluable tool for multi site rota management the best I have used so far. > > **Nachteile**: A little slow loading, does not show the full title of the rota in the drop down which is a pain if all your rotas titles start the same way. Minor issues though really. > > This was already in place when I started with the company. I had worked many different digital rota systems for different companies but this one was an instant hit. Took around 10 min to get an idea of how it works then you learn as you try different things. So much easier and better than any other I had tried previously. Having 40+ rotas life would be very hard without Rotacloud. ----- Seite: 1 / 13\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.capterra.com.de/software/137099/rotacloud?page=2) ## Links - [Auf Capterra anzeigen](https://www.capterra.com.de/software/137099/rotacloud) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
