Kommentare: It is a online a platform where can upload the invoices it will go to the respective defined approver for approval, once it is approved, the invoice are good to go for payment. Before using Procurement express, We had to actually manage the hard copies of the invoices and maintain the excel file for records, ProcurementExpress helped a lot to store invoices at one platform and hence managing invoices becomes easy.

Vorteile:

Easy to upload invoice, supports almost types of files, can download CSV file to analyse quickly, Stored data at one platform, can be accessible from anywhere, Good customer support.

Nachteile:

It doesn't give option to put tax amount manually.

Procurement express

Kommentare: From the first phone call they have been wonderful. They answered and worked with our office to meet our needs for a new PO system that would work with Quickbooks. The training and support offered by the company has been great. They make sure that we are able to use and understand the system. Offering a group training as well as individual training. Our support team has walked us through all of the issues we had and made sure that we understand how to operate with competency.

Vorteile:

Procurement is super user friendly, intuitive. Works well with Quickbooks. The team is fantastic, competent. Willing to assist and work through any questions or concerns.

Nachteile:

I currently do not have any, so far it seems to work well for our needs.

OU800 User

Kommentare: This program is fairly easy and straight forward to use. The only real issue we have with this is the inability to write Change Orders to an existing PO. Having to write another PO to our vendor can sometimes be very confusing to their billing departments and gets our commitments scrambled at times.

Cannot write Change Orders to existing PO's

Easy to use system

Kommentare: It's a good system. I prefer it to systems that I've used in the past from more well known providers.

Vorteile:

It's easy to navigate. Raising purchase orders and submitting them for approval is simple. The scan feature allowing you to scan a quote to generate a purchase order is excellent, and saves time but needs some refinement.

Nachteile:

The scan function needs some refinement.

Kommentare: Once I was trained to use Procurement, it was very easy, i was able to maneuver around the program very well.

Vorteile:

Procurement is very easy to learn and use. It is very detailed and user friendly.

Nachteile:

It takes a little time to go back in history.

Friendly and Useful

Kommentare: Extremely friendly, helpful, and a very useful program when you discover all of the functions available to you.

Vorteile:

I love the chat function and how employees are available and extremely knowledgeable about fixing my problem.

Nachteile:

It did take some time to learn how the program operates but as with anything it takes time to learn something new.

user friendly

Kommentare: I was resistant when it was first introduced, but cannot imagine doing Purchase orders any other way

Vorteile:

intuitive and easy to navigate, I am not all that tech savvy but with a minumum of training I find it very easy to use

Nachteile:

no cons, I use it in a limited capacity but it works very well

Solid Purchase Platform

Kommentare: Very good and user friendly. Good chain of custody for tracking the purchases.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and responses are timely. Definitely like the forms that are printable.

Nachteile:

Print is a little small for us older users.

As a superintendent this is a must have

Kommentare: Would recommend since it’s easy and helps us our greatly with who is spending money and where they are spending money

Vorteile:

The ability to monitor budgets on our side and using Pex gives us the ability to manage expenses across all of our suppliers

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app doesn’t work just right but I just transfer to the online page and works just fine

I like how easy it is to use. It's also very efficient.

Mobile app a bit glitchy and hard to see everything.

We find Procurement Express is very beneficial to manage our procurement.

Kommentare: SPUD.ca is building a centralized procurement department. This is a large endeavour as the company growth has been exponential however the processes and tools were not updated along the way. In the latest update, we began to:
- Utilize all the different roles instead of funneling all POs to two or three Approvers
- Automate the approval flows
- Create departments to funnel the correct budgets to Although this is a big update and we planned many of the details, as with all software changes there were some speed bumps and show stoppers. This is where representative came in. He supported me and my team throughout the whole update providing expert advice and updating/uploading the vast amount of data updates. He provided help and guidance through creating our SOPs and created Video Tutorials to complement our Work Instructions. With his help, SPUD will now rely even more on Procurement Express to process our purchases and generate our POs. And without his help, this large update at SPUD could have failed! We look forward to continuing working with representative as we continue to closely integrate our processes with Procurement Express. Thanks again representative, you have been extraordinary!

Nachteile:

The linking of departments, budgets and approvers is not intuitive and can cause a lot of re-work Approval flow for a PO once automated, must go from the lowest approver and up Approval structure is linked to a budget and not linked to the department

Customizable Purchasing Software for Any Size Business

Vorteile:

Easy to use, and set up. It can be tailored to most industries and has a great user interface. You can make changes to the layout yourself or have Procurement Express help. They are very helpful. It is a realatiely affordable option that works well. I came across many other clunky software platforms that were not worth it, before picking Procurement Express.

Nachteile:

It could have more precise tools to track supplier performance by metrics. That is its biggest weak point. We must track supplier performance for our end users. Currently we do that outside of Procurement Express.

We love Procurement Express!!

Kommentare: We love using ProcurementExpress.com! It is just so easy to use it simplifies things for us and makes things run more smoothly.

Vorteile:

The software is so easy to use and to teach to others. It is incredibly intuitive.

Nachteile:

I really do not have any cons, but if I had to pick something, sometimes it takes a while for a new user/approver to show up.

User friendly program

You can easily track your spending with purchase orders.
No need paper copies, everything is done electronically

Vorteile:

Procurement Express is easy to learn and use. You can easily keep track of company purchases. The customer service team is fantastic if you ever have to contact to them. They will solve your problem quickly and efficiently.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far and I do use this program every single day. Every single function work as it should be

Experience with Procurement Express

Kommentare: As a user I raise a lot of purchase orders on a daily basis. Procurement Express allows me to do so in an easy to manage, user friendly way.

Vorteile:

It is very user friendly and intuitive. It also is well very well organised, allows for easy creation and submission of PO's and is overall a very good system. Additionally the support are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Nachteile:

It is a very good system so essentially nit picking but sometimes the excel function does not export the transactions for me. That is probably due to errors on my end though.

Excellent & User-Friendly

Kommentare: It has helped me and my team track all our IT spendings against our approved budget.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use and user-friendly from a user or an admin perspective.

Nachteile:

The solution works well with our IT team, no cons found.

New User with No Previous Background

Kommentare: Thus far as everything has been good. If you fix the enter key issue I mentioned above, you'll have a friend for life.

Vorteile:

It makes the whole PO process easier for all departments throughout my organization. I haven't had much time to scope out the bells and whistles yet. It was basically learned on the fly, so that should speak to your ease of use.

Nachteile:

If you could fix this one issue I have and I'm betting other do as well and if they read this will be like, "oh yeah, he's right". Where you are on the screen creating the PO, every time you hit the enter key it submits the PO. This happens most when you're entering in quantities or price. I think that it's habit for most people to hit the enter key after they've typed in the price expecting that it may just close the window or something, but instead it sends the PO whether you're finished or not. This alone accounts for 96% of all our canceled PO's. I find it especially obnoxious when our company has certain PO's setup for a manger approval. They get kinda pissy when they've just approved it and then 10 seconds later he comes the canceled PO email. Anyways, if that were fixed, I would be a happy camper. I'm also curious if it's just me being a weirdo.

Easy to use PO/Invoice approval and tracking Budget Vs Spend

Kommentare: We run a program with multiple other Utilities who contribute funds each year. Approvals and management of POs/Invoices and spend control is important to us. Procurement Express is an easy to use tool with powerful functionality which allows us to do that.

Vorteile:

Ease of Setup Excellent customer support Easy to use - not a lot of training required.

Nachteile:

For our purposes - it does what we want. Perhaps more graphics on reports?

Procurement Express changed my Life

Kommentare: This is a super system and an excellent reference tool to search for older PO's or suppliers.
Would highly recommend

Vorteile:

Software is easy to use and has many functions that make working smart!

Nachteile:

Sometimes the amount changes if you do not fill in the details in order ie don't fill in the amount before reason for PO

Simple, fast communication

Kommentare: The benefit to Procurement Express is that we can work on two different campuses and accomplish quite a bit together. (I share a library budget with a librarian on another campus.)

Vorteile:

I like Procurement Express because it is express! I can enter a purchase request, have it approved within seconds via email, and then have the item ordered. This is one software that really "plows through" the bureaucracy and is transparent.

Nachteile:

I least like the fact that when I edit it, it re-sends the PO.

We use ProcurementlExpress daily to help accounting track our purchases for all our different jobs.

Kommentare: All our management use your service every day. Accounting can then pull up P.O. and track what each
individual is doing.

Vorteile:

We build and operate dredges. At one time we might have five or six jobs running and also project in our yard. ProcurementExpress allows us to track spending on each job and also each dredge.

Nachteile:

If I am part way through P.O. and have to do something else on computer I might lose original first page.
