Easy Redmine

I don't like its graphical interface very much

Vorteile:

It offers all the project, task, sub-task management functions. In the company we use it as a helpdesk and I must admit that it does its job even if sometimes customer responses duplicate the tasks, creating a lot of confusion.

Nachteile:

Unfortunately, as in the title, I don't really like its graphic interface, which is often not very intuitive and cumbersome. But it always remains a good application.

Feedback on EASY

Kommentare: We are all satisfied with Easy in general.

Vorteile:

The complexity of the system which offers us necessary management of our projects.

Nachteile:

I would sometimes appreciate more flexibility when fixong potential issues (make system more user friendly).

Easy Redmine, sometimes not so easy

Vorteile:

Easy redmine is a very good ticketing system, and we were able to set up different projects where our customers can open their ticket. It's quite easy and functional when it comes to assigning tasks to users, to prioritize them and to report or track time.

Nachteile:

Implementation has been a bit of a nightmare (we installed it as a self-hosted solution). I don't like that there is no easy overall view, and that when answering tickets with a long thread of answers it actually quotes the first email and not the last one in your answer.

ERM review

Vorteile:

Filters are great, personalised filters are good too. Good visibility of project milestones and progress.

Nachteile:

There is too much information visible on the task that are sometimes not relevant. It would be great if those sections were hidden to streamline navigation between fields.

Powerful project tracking with time management tools

Kommentare: No issues so far – everything runs smoothly.

Vorteile:

Easy Redmine makes it easy to track time across different projects. The time logging and reporting features are very useful, and we can easily see where our team’s time is going. The interface takes a little time to get used to, but once set up, it’s very efficient.

Nachteile:

We have no complaints. Everything is working properly.
