> **Nachteile**: What I liked the least initially was the difficulty of adding candidates already registered in Accountable, especially those who previously worked with a different company. When they needed to take HIPAA training, we couldn’t add them to our system because their user profile already existed. I hope there’s a way to access all registered emails, regardless of their previous company, so we can activate or include them in our organization seamlessly.
