> **Vorteile**: For the most part, uploading data is easy, log in is easy, and event creation is easy.
> 
> **Nachteile**: Sometimes, e-mail addresses for contacts will randomly get put on a suppression list and you don't always know it, so password resets don't always get sent. Customers have overall problems using the app. They don't always find it intuitive. For instance, checking in to events on the app could be better. Possibly the biggest thing is 'registering' their accounts so the system recognizes them at log in. Another major issue is how chapter memberships flow down from the umbrella instance and aren't viewable in other chapters, although I understand why this is the case.

> Overall, my experience has been somewhere in the middle. Customer service has drastically improved (including response time and helping us solve issues) from the time we started using it in early 2023, and we've had great customer success managers. However, there are some things to be desired, but it looks like a few of those, including API use and calendar integration have been or will be implemented in 2025.
