Wisetail LMS

I love the product and really appreciate that the improvements are being made

Vorteile:

I like the mobile access to the product and the user interface for my learners . I like how the content presents and can be helpful for multiple support in operations.

Nachteile:

Some of the rigidity of set up in modules. I would like to create notifications to Users when folks are in observation cues. I would like to create recertification presets- ex: once certified, in 6 months there were prompted to retake.

Fun and easy to use

Vorteile:

Allows you to be very creative on how to create your LMS and the support team is always there when you need them.

Nachteile:

Currently not a big con but employees would like an APP feature which the company is currently working hard to create an APP for users.

Employee Enrollment

Kommentare: Customer service is lacking. It takes several weeks to get an answer to a troubleshoot question. Plus they are not very timely with updates to the system. I feel our system is outdated

Vorteile:

The ability to have all digital materials and videos live in one place

Nachteile:

Limited to the size of videos and powerpoint presentations for uploading. uploading a powerpoint presentation more than a certain size has to be broken down into parts. Not ideal for someone who is downloading a presentation to use for a class.

- Content Advocates give transparency to the question "Who endorsed this content?"
- Extensive Reporting, SCORM & progress tracking keeps leadership informed about metrics and KPI's
- Easy to use, intuitive & simple interface Area of Growth - (Cons)
- Search is functional, but lacks finesse.
- Not fully functional on IE8 or below (May be difficult for companies using ancient browsers) Summation:
The team at Wisetail is truly exceptional. They listen to their customers and excel in customer service in a way NO LMS out there does. Kommentare: We are able to disseminate information with remote employees and train volunteers with the click of a button and at a fraction of the cost using Wisetail.

Vorteile:

The customer service and ability to easily customize to our ever-changing needs. We have been able to use Wisetail as an intranet AND as a tool to engage and train volunteers at a fraction of the cost.

Nachteile:

The current admin side is a little clunky, but at the most recent Apex conference, it was revealed that BIG changes are happening to make the backend much more sleek and user-friendly.
