Kommentare: Looking for the right software is daunting and making the wrong choice can be detrimental to your business. We spent over a year testing ordering portal software. B2B Wave was the right decision and has added tremendous value to our business and to our customers. We were looking for an ordering portal which could integrate with our stock management and accounting software. This was easily achieved due to B2B Wave having an outstanding API, support and a clear understanding of our business. The value B2B Wave has added to our business in the past 6 months is unbelievable and I highly recommend them. Thank you for making such great software and keep up the good work.

We have been working with B2Bwave now for 2-3 years and we wish we had it sooner! The platform has saved so much time in what was previously a very manual & tedious way of creating orders & invoices. As a very bespoke company with lots of very bespoke options in terms of how our customers order with us, B2B wave has managed to cater to all of these efficiently when other platforms were unable to and this was our biggest issue in finding a partner and platform to work with. The integration with Xero is an added touch. With the click of one button, the information is transferred across & the the reconciliation of payments is fed back to B2B wave quickly with copies of the payments and invoices, easily viewable from our retailers accounts meaning we get far less enquiries from them now so we can allocate this time elsewhere!! Im really pleased with how the platform works together and how easy it is to use. Our retailers have also commented that it is one of their favourite portals to use compared to other Brand they work with. It is pretty, easy to understand and navigate. I would recommend to anyone looking for a similar solution in streamlining their order & invoice processing, especially if you are looking for a system to also look pretty from the front end (a main thing we were struggling to find).
Nachteile:
No cons as such. In general when we ask for certain updates or provide feedback on things that are missing that would help us they are receptive to finding a solution. The main thing we are missing is the option of generating delivery notes. This is something we have fedback a few times and I would like to see this built quicker but they are actively open to looking into this and I do hope something they will implement soon.

Not always user friendly. We have multiple customers with different discount per products and categories and it is hard to input the discounts. On customer pages, they see the MSRP but dont see their discount until they check their cart out. trying to figure the best way to work this with your team as I am writing this. again really helpful customer support.

Overall very positive. All those in our company that are currently using B2Bwave think its great.
We have had great feedback from our customers and even those whom didnt want to change how they ordered are now enjoying the ease of ordering.
Customers can now see pictures & desriptions, which they can use on their websites.
Vorteile:
Customer ordering more accurate and faster. Ease of use. Customer knows when products are out of stock. Orders can be saved for later and completed another day. Notification of products back in stock. Good support when I required help to change some things. Customer feedback has been really good. This is an example:- "The B2B site is as good as, if not better than the majority of B2B portals that we use & will probably get me round to taking in some new lines that I’ve meant to get round to for a while" We were manually inputting order data onto QuickBooks invoices prior to Using B2BWave and Quickbooks integration this removes 90% plus of the data inputting we were doing. Saving time and managing to fulfil more orders in the day.
Nachteile:
Only negative we had from a customer point of view would be “quick order” as it’s still slower than uploading a system generated CSV or Excel file. Some B2B site offer the option of uploading (correctly formatted granted) & accepting an order by CSV to avoid the manual input. Although admin can do this on behalf of customers- is it a possibility for customers to do this in the future? No real back order system, we have to manually remove a backorder product and then do another order for the customer and then use the status to put on hold or in our case we use it for pre-orders and status changes to awaiting pre-order delivery. it would be helpful if back orders get put into a back order system.

Vorteile:
The learning curve of the platform is very low, allowing our company to get up to speed quickly and start selling products to our customers. Wave has been very open to making changes to their platform. I appreciate the person who helped onboard me ([sensitive content hidden]) and his willingness to listen and implement the changes we need to be as successful as possible using the platform. Additionally, Wave has made these changes at little to no cost. The cost of the system is very reasonable compared to competitors. Although we haven't used the API yet, it's great to know that the system has an open API, which will allow us to connect with various other systems in the future.
Nachteile:
We would like more options for creating pages and customizing the overall look and feel of the site. While we can edit the HTML, it’s more limited compared to other systems like Shopify. That said, since we're using the system for B2B sales and not B2C, the need for extensive customization is low and not a critical factor for a B2B platform. It would also be great to see more information displayed on the dashboard.
B2B Wave the best decision for our website
Kommentare: Amazing the team at support are always willing to help. We spent a bit of time with them when we set our site up they were amazing. 6 years later they are still amazing adding the little extras to our site, answering our questions very promptly and friendly.

It is such a great platform so easy to use. Website looks amazing. I like how we can set customer pricing add data sheets lots of photos.
Nachteile:
It does not work with MYOB. Understand it may be out of B2B Waves control. But it would be the icing on the cake for us.

Kommentare: Felt very supportive by onboarding & customer service. Overall the system is streamlined and clear once you learn it.
Vorteile:
An affordable option for a small, growing business who's not ready for Shopify Plus. Extremely user friendly, and customer service has been 100% supportive. The best option to separate out your D2C & B2B sales channels while keeping products & inventory synced on both ends.
Nachteile:
No video education for individual topics. The "help" button usually can answer anything, but sometimes would prefer video tutorials on the overall site function & specific categories.

Vorteile:
Simple but effective easy to set up and implement. Although using API & integrations can add a layer of complexity I like how B2B has made its platform part of a modular solution to business management. In the past, we have tried to use one central system to handle stock, Trade, retail, admin, order management and all the rest of the business process but have found that these systems rarely work as intended. and you are left short when they fail. B2b wave slots in and with other low-cost platforms to allow you to switch out any part of the process if you find a better product or need to expand due to growth
Nachteile:
Updating order details and editing orders can be a manual and slow-going process without using ship station. The veeqo integration may solve this but improving the Excel order importer to update order info and QTY's etc would be a good way of updating order details on mass.
Using B2BWave website
Kommentare: For many years, B2B Wave has been excellent support for our website and was able to make modifications for us. The website was so robust that we didn't have to contact them once for any other support in seven years of business.
Vorteile:
The website was very easy to set up and use. It was also very responsive, robust, and secure. You can easily add product options with various price breaks etc It is a great product for new start-ups, without the need to be too tech minded.
Nachteile:
We needed the product to be integrated with Sage 50 with the inventory date received displayed for out-of-stock items, and when next due plus other features such as managing pricing in sage and up loaded to the website automatically.

Kommentare: The B2B wave team supported us well in our implementation and has provided great support for the very few issues we have had. B2B wave is a great product!

B2B wave has streamlined the order entry process for our customers via customizable portals, integrated to our manufacturing/inventory system and has been easy to use and maintain.
Nachteile:
We really don’t have any issues with B2B wave. Its very configurable and all hurdles were dealt with in implementation.

Kommentare: 9/10 So many positive factors about this solution including the team you interact with and product enhancements. Highly recommend, a great starting platform for wanting to boost B2B sales while giving your customers visibility to their past orders and account as well as outstanding dues for past orders.

Product support is top notch. We have also been able to scale our sales three fold by implementing this solution and maintaining it on a daily basis. Was an easy implementation and has served us well in all areas we have needed, customer management, order management, integrations with ShipStation and QBO are a huge plus as well as ability to link merchant processor and freight shipping partner.
Nachteile:
Wish there was a portal for marketing materials as well as an easy way to process returns. In an ideal world there would be a more robust discount configuration for products as well as a bulk add option for quotes when creating those in the field.

Nachteile:
I would love to see an added feature where inventory counts can take into account what is on purchase orders in Quickbooks Online so I can sell against those numbers.
