An easy too use platform that aids in our management & organization of employee certifications.
Vorteile:
We've had lots of luck incorporating & using QuestBase in our business. It's led to more organized & detailed assessments, and an easy place to find everyones relevant certifications.
Nachteile:
At first we were unsure if QuestBase would genuinely work. But after a quick consultation, we quickly realized there was lots to gain from incorporating it into our workflow.
Good and Handy with Ease of Usage
Kommentare: We have been using this application since 2016, and the overall (ease of use) from the user feedbacks are very positive.
Vorteile:
I like the paid version as you could link the file with the assessment and also be able to host document at the server will unique URL, I can always share the URL or QR code for people to download the material from the URL source.
Nachteile:
The answer selections in (Point) form sometimes could be too small for users with bigger fingers.
AWFUL/ TERRIBLEafter the update
Kommentare: good until update. AWFUL after, no assistance, skyrocketing prices, confusing update. they managed to make something that worked
Vorteile:
they have succeeded in an update to destroy good software
Nachteile:
TERRIBLE after the update, confusing, the folders and questions are arranged in no order. Difficult to find questionnaires and questions. inexplicable the price increase at a time when schools, in the Covid period, needed it. UNFAIR

Regarding the usability of the new software, we work daily and release weekly updates aimed at improving the user experience. Obviously, the new software is different in terms of both the interface and the technology used. If you have constructive suggestions on how to improve, you can write them to us at sales@fidenia.com. On the other hand, regarding the price list, we would like to point out that compared to the previous official price list, the annual prices of Bronze and Silver licenses have decreased by 27%. Finally, we would like to inform you that we still provide discounts to Schools that decide to provide their teachers with a QuestBase account. Your school can contact us to request a free quote. Exams and Certificates
Kommentare: I have been using Questbase since 2015 or 2016 and it does provide a great platform for quizzes.

Nachteile:
MY SILVER PLAN GIVES UNLIMITED ASSESSMENT BUT I HAVE TO HAND MAKE SOME OF THE CERTIFICATES. To be able to have the space to upload more certificates I would have to purchase a more expensive plan. I only have a few certificates to add (3 to be exact ) and it would be nice to open a few GB so that I do not have to manually make them. 1 or 2 certificate did not come over with the new platform, but currently I only need to add 3 certificates.

Perfect tool for educators
Kommentare: Just a tool I needed. Helps me save a lot of my time. Once I have gathered question base, I can produce any test I need in no time.
Vorteile:
Ease to gather and organise your question base, Ease to prepare both on paper and online tests.
Nachteile:
Happened that the server was down when I needed to give an online test to my students, but in most cases, everything works.
