BEST experience
Kommentare: 10 gold stars. The team are awesome, we deal with [sensitive content hidden] mainly and he never fails to support the needs of the team. The company is clearly looking to make the system work for all of their clients and constantly wanting feedback to improve. The system is easy to use, and there is always someone available in the chat if you get stuck. Content creation has many different features and there are more to come! It is exciting and we are so pleased to have switched to Cloud Assess. Our learners have loved it also.
Vorteile:
The team at Cloud Assess are so helpful. Their support as a new customer has been next to none. They are constantly looking at new features to implement to ensure ease of use, benefits to the learner, and our team. Creating assessments is easy. Learner interface is awesome, the learner can clearly see their journey and what is next for them.
Nachteile:
The only issue I have come across is how slow activities can get when building if it is too large. This feedback has been given to the team and this is something they are looking at.

The ability for online assessment and learning material to be able to be in one place. To be able to see students progress and keep an eye on where they are at. Being able to release units at certain times. Nearly instant password reset for students.

The url, students struggle to remember the website to gain access

Kommentare: Being from the more senior generation and having many years using the older systems, I thought it would be very difficult for me personally to adjust. However, I have found the ease of transition and simple approach to be extremely easy. I managed the transition without a hitch.
Vorteile:
The time saving and tracking it completes, everything is in order and sorted. It is an incredible platform..
Nachteile:
As a trainer/assessor not having the option to alter things when required by a student for adjustment.

Vorteile:
Being able to track my students progress is real time. See where they are in the matrix and mark things on the spot for them. Very quick customer service and good prompts and intro help for users.
Nachteile:
Does not have an immersive reader options. A lot of login issues for students. Issues with auto save not working and progress being lost. Would be great to have the copy and paste function turned off to limit cheating in exams

It is a very user friendly system that makes it easy for our students to progress through their qualifications. It's easy to get support when needed and improvements are constantly being made.
Nachteile:
I would like to be able to duplicate fields when creating content rather than whole pages.

Easy to use system and clear directions and functions.
Kommentare: Love the simplicity of the system and the clear layout of questions and answers on the screen. It's not too busy in other words.
Vorteile:
Setting due dates and students receiving automatic emails reminding them of these dates.
Nachteile:
Sometimes the software doesn't allow you to see the entire answer on your screen. I believe this is a software issue.

Essential LMS management Tool
Kommentare: I found it's layout user friendly and easier to navigate than the other LMS we use. I believe our company is considering the change away from the expensive one and onto Cloud Assess exclusively.
Vorteile:
I can look up any of my trainees and see what they are working on and where they may need help Easy to use as a group and keep them in lock-step before progressing to fast for some.
Nachteile:
It doesn't talk to other programs I use in terms of linked together but I believe this can be possible.

Cloud Assess Review
Kommentare: Very positive. A great system to check student's drafts, due dates etc.
Vorteile:
Very easy system to use, students and trainers.
Nachteile:
Can't send a message to all students at the same time eg advising that trainer will be on leave, goes to all students on the LMS, can't just send them to my allocated students unless it is an individual message which is to time consuming.

Have to click on to many thing to access similar information. On the app as a trainer I can’t see what the student has commenced unit till I click through the units individually. Has no question numbers and no bench marks

Numbering can be added along with benchmarks when the assessments are designed in Cloud Assess. We're keen to support these requirements with you. Kommentare: 10 years on and still going strong All good and i have not got all night to write stuff that's why the Cloud is a good concept , and especially when you can talk into the iPad to answer questions to make it easy for the less educated ones.

The support you receive is instant, staff go above and beyond to help out.
Nachteile:
Not being able to add a question to only appear if a student selects a certain answer to the previous question, assessors advise marking takes quite a long time and could be streamlined.
