Kommentare: We had hired a professional consulting firm to pick the three best hospital management systems for us. This was one of the three selected. After having several rounds of demonstrations, we finally decided to go ahead with this system. I believe that was one of the best decisions we have taken so far in context to our hospital. Cons:
- User interface is excellent and very easy to master. It has been thoroughly planned out.
- Fully loaded features list. It covers every possible aspect of any medical institution. Every section has been thoroughly planned out.
- Software is very stable. We are using it for 8 months now without any single bugs, errors or breakdown.
- Support Team is excellent. The people at the other end are very friendly and co-operative. We have not encountered any bugs yet. We needed some assistance with settings on two occasions and the response team proved to be competent and very prompt.
There is nothing which is worth writing in this column yet, except perhaps the price is a bit higher. But, then again it seems the price is worth very penny of it. These are my two cents.
