Kommentare: I just want to say thanks to the many support team members at AntWorks who I don't get a chance to personally thank. I know that my Emails and Phone Calls get routed by a team of dedicated support staff members at AntWorks who do a lot of the behind the scenes work that I never get to see. It is obvious that AntWorks support is a well-oiled machine managed and run by a terrific group of software developers and engineers. Keep up the great work as we do appreciate your hard work.
Vorteile:
I selected AntWorks because I felt that they were large enough to handle the variety of problems and complexity of the nuances of our practice, but small enough to really care about their clients. AntWorks has time after time delivered a great software product to us and the support has been sensational. As soon as I open a support ticket, I get an Email from from one of the support staff members asking for further information. Then one of his staff members connects to our server and outlines the work that needs to get done if necessary. I'm kept informed of every step along the way to get the problem resolved. I could not ask for a more professional or timely response to my requests. The support staff at Antworks are a pleasure to work with.

Kommentare: Can not say enough about customer service or support. When we have had issues they are very prompt getting back with us and/or fixing whatever issue we have. Customer Support goes above and beyond!

Very user friendly, flow of charge entry very smooth, being able to put charges on hold and releasing when needing to bill. Submitting claims with a click of a button.
Nachteile:
Not really a con but wish there was a way to group month end reports so you could just click a button and they would all run for each provider instead of clicking individually,

Great customer service
Kommentare: Our practice made the switch to Antworks in 2018 and have been extremely happy with its functionality. PM system has great billing components. EHR system has customization for templates. Support calls are answered expediently and the customer services representatives are always polite and helpful. I have been in the healthcare industry for over 25yrs and they have the best customer services of any other software company I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend them to any practice.

PM and EHR are 2 different applications. This is a minimal inconvenience.

Kommentare: We could not be more satisfied with the people and products at Benchmark. All of our experiences with Benchmark have been very smooth, and the support is better than any system I have previously used. I can talk to someone and get help anytime, and things get sorted out immediately. Our previous vendor was so difficult to get support from, but we do not have that problem any longer. With this new age of technology, it is so important to look for a company that is going to always offer support, and not just up front. I would recommend Benchmark not only because of the incredible support team, but also the product is great. It is so easy to navigate, and it functions very well.
Kommentare: Wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with Benchmark's service since changing over. My only regret has been that we didn't make the change sooner! The woman I usually talk to in the support area has been a jewel and always responds QUICKLY to my needs. Just when I am panicked, she puts me at ease and walks me through whatever I need to do. Unlike other support teams, who have had me log a call and get a ticket number and then maybe call me back in 1 or 2 days. Most of the time I was speaking to a different person each time -- when I call Benchmark and speak with K, she knows who I am and remembers me.
The billing program is so user-friendly!

I like the friendly and helpful staff. Also, the program is easy to use. I can't even begin to tell you how much easier it is to use than our past software programs. I love the reporting system. In the past, when dealing with our past software company, we would rarely receive a callback the same day when we had a question or a problem. However, at Benchmark, the support is great. I have worked with several different types of software, and this by far is the best one that I have ever used. Overall, this is an excellent program for any medical office.
Nachteile:
I really have no complaints about the program that Benchmark provides.
Kommentare: I have been so pleased with the service and support I have received from Benchmark Systems since transitioning from another service. I was a bit scared to make a change after 8 years, but I wish I had done so sooner. The support staff is the best. They respond quickly to calls or emails, and are patient with not only explaining things but really take the time make sure you understand the information. Their website is also very easy to use and the EDI reports are clear to read and understand. I highly recommend Benchmark Systems.
Kommentare: I love the support people. I have never had a problem with anyone, and things are always resolved quickly. Benchmark always calls me back quickly and are there to help when we need them. We have been with them so long and always get excellent service. I appreciate the way the customer service people talk me through things in a way that I can understand. They have helped with our efficiency tremendously, we just need to get our Doctor up to speed with the new stuff! The girls there are so sweet and I love them!

I love the fact that the staff are always friendly and helpful. It seems like they never have a bad day over there! They always fix my issues and make light of them.
Nachteile:
Sometimes, it is difficult for me to wait on a call back while still trying to manage the office as well. Since we only have one phone line, it can be tough, but there is not much you can do to fix that.
Kommentare: The customer support at Benchmark is unmatched. Everyone is always eager to assist and help when we call in. They always seem bright and happy and seem like they love what they do. I cannot speak enough about their customer service. In terms of the ease of use, I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 because we just started, and are still on the learning curve with the new product. Eventually we will all get comfortable with the product and know it like the back of our hand!
Kommentare: The service at Benchmark has been absolutely wonderful! The customer support has always been there when we needed it, and they always come through in a timely and professional manner. I will mention that I expected to be using the support a whole lot more than I have needed to, but I think that says a lot about their training team. They do a great job on the little details and don't just throw you right in. Would highly recommend them.

Not only is the support very timely and professional, but they are efficient as well, which helps us to be more efficient! If you are looking for a customizable, quality product, then Benchmark can help. Switching to Benchmark was definitely a great decision!

The software is so easy to use and I can't say enough about it. Same thing goes with the support staff, not only are the always willing to help, but they are personable too and they actually care about whats going on. They are just great people over at Benchmark.
Kommentare: We are definitely satisfied with the support that goes along with any Benchmark product. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product as well. When there is an issue, the support team will jump right in without hesitation to get things working properly. Without Benchmark we'd be chiseling rocks to get our statements out. Can't say enough about them because we have been very pleased.
Kommentare: Benchmark has managed to save me money while also increasing my quality of service. Having a direct line to a knowledgable service person when you need them, such as Kim or Jacques, is a huge plus. When there is an issue, it is resolved 95% of the time with just one phone call. The transition from our old system to Benchmark was extremely easy with virtually no down time.
Kommentare: Everything with Benchmark is very good, I have no complaints. The last time we had an issue they solved it in a timely manner and the people were very professional. In terms of the functionality, a couple different reports would be nice to have, but I know they are always working to improve things. Good quality product and most importantly, it is a dependable product.

The software is very easy to comprehend. Whenever I make a support call to Benchmark, we always get an actual person on the phone. The turnaround time is always fast and responsive.

I do not have anything to add here. We've been with Benchmark for 16+ years, and they have been great!
Kommentare: I've been with Benchmark since 1998 and sure wouldn't have it any other way! We have two physicians in the office, and they make it customizable to each of them! Benchmark seems like the kind of company that is perfect for small to mid-sized practices. We are very pleased with them, and the interface is so easy to use. To put it simply, we just love Benchmark!
