Kommentare: We've had a really positive experience and I would highly recommend. The help-centre is informative and when I've needed to contact the support team, they've always been quick to respond and super helpful.

Vorteile:

We've been using Survicate for just over 3 months, and have been overly impressed with the entire platform. It's straightforward to set up and sync/integrate with any CRM. I love the ease of being able to send ad-hoc surveys out at different touchpoints of our Customer Journey. The dashboard is straightforward to navigate, and the reporting tool is ace.

Nachteile:

I haven't come across anything that I've not been happy with or found a workaround for.

Survicate is very cost-effective and meets different survey needs

Kommentare: we've been using Survicate for almost 5 years in the company and so far it's attending our research needs. It's possible to run in-app, widget and link surveys! The customer support and client management are for me the greatest value, they're super close and they work to address any concerns, bugs and feedbacks very fast - they're more a partner than a vendor.

Vorteile:

Survicate is an easy tool to use that suits different research needs in product development!

Nachteile:

Survicate is more limited and question options, quota design and analysis dashboard than similar vendors

Survicate effectively solves our survey automation needs. We required a solution that could seamlessly integrate with our ESP and offer in-app survey capabilities, and Survicate delivers perfectly. The integrations are flawless, and the support team is fantastic, responding promptly to any queries. Another standout feature is their tracking system for feature requests. When a feature I suggested goes live, they notify me directly – a thoughtful touch that shows they truly listen to customer feedback.

Nachteile:

Honestly, Survicate meets all our needs, so there isn’t anything I’d critique.

Kommentare: overall, its great!! thy customer support is great , the resources are valuable for quick fixes and questions. our CSM is very helpful as well which makes it easier to fix any issues. The product team at Survicate take customer feedback seriously and incorporate change quickly which is great!

Vorteile:

In-product feedback surveys! very few survey tools out there have this feature at the price point Survicate offers.

Nachteile:

The UI/UX could be better! additionally, having a feature to control what the dashboard of a particular survey should look like is needed.

They have a great customer service team who is always able to help. Creating and analysing surveys is easy and intuitive

Nachteile:

To be honest, nothing comes to mind right away. I would like if in a workspace I could filter the date range of all my surveys in that workspace at the same time to view and analyse the results instead of one by one.

Great tool for collecting feedback both on web and app

Kommentare: At our company, we use Survicate to collect feedback from our users across our different sites, in different languages, both on the web and in the app. We love the versatility of creating segments and showing a specific survey to a specific group of users. Plus, we link these surveys to our screen recording software, so we have the feedback and what the user did in the meantime - a great mix to solve problems.

Vorteile:

Easy of use, pricing, versatility, scalability, support, integration with other tools, "topics" functionality... it was a great discovery for us and offers all we need for our end-user surveys.

Nachteile:

For our necessities I have no complaints about it. Maybe more design options, but they release new features from time to time.

Easy to use interface. Ability to get several different customer insights in one place. Good tools for analyzing results, outcomes and customer feedback. What I would be thinking about in this step is how can we help our clients to package insights in the best way to make it easy to communicate to the organisation? Great customer support. Proactive, helpful and good tools. I get the feeling you have thought through you own customer journey i the help phase. Proactive product development. New and relevant features are released. I believe the step towards using AI to analyze large sets of customer feedback is the right strategic step for you product.

Nachteile:

Not much. Small thing: for some reason I have to log-in every by typing my email manually. A "remember me" function in the log-in step would be nice.

Easy to use. Support always available. Immediate results.

Nachteile:

If I need to send a survey to a specific group of users (let's say 1000 specific user IDs), I can't enter a bulk of IDs into Survicate. I need to copy and paste each individual ID which is impossible and time consuming. Please solve this issue.

Hard to adjust the look of the survey if you do not want to use the standard template. For instance, text color and adding images to the survey.

satisfactory survey software

Kommentare: I had to get my user id transferred from a previous employee. In the meantime i had to use his account log in. Upon logging into his account, there was no data. I reached out to Survicate team for help, and they were able to help within an hour. They said it was because they had removed previous employees access to the company info.
Why not just delete him from the user base?
Otherwise, overall software works fine. It doesn’t have as many bell and whistles as it’s compettitors, but the functionality is there and pretty user friendly.

Vorteile:

You can integrate contact forms directly onto your website with this software.

Nachteile:

From an admin perspective, when you have a lot of continuous responses, the responses are hard to navigate on-screen. I wish there was a “view all” where i could filter responses by date range. From a user perspective, pop up surveys are irritating to the user and a dated feature.

Hello, thanks for the largely positive feedback! We're happy to address some of your concerns and comments: 1. We've added the date range filter. Feel free to give it a try. 2. We're currently rebuilding the 'Survey analysis' part in Survicate. After we've done it, it will be easier to navigate multiple responses on-screen. 3. We're also planning to add in-line website surveys in addition to the widget website surveys we offer today. 4. Happy to hear we've managed to resolve your issue quickly! Just for the record, we're not allowed to remove user accounts without permission. When it comes to that particular user, we only removed their access to the account at their explicit request. Easy to use, customisable

Kommentare: It's great to be able to launch website intercept surveys so quickly and easily, user-friendly interface. There are lots of customisation options in terms of who the surveys are displayed to, where and when on the website. The outputs and exports of data are also great, user friendly and detailed. Customer service has been very quick and helpful, functions that are not yet included in the software seem to be taken on board for consideration.

Vorteile:

User friendly set up of surveys Can easily preview surveys before launch Customisation options for survey visualisation and when/ where surveys appear

Nachteile:

Delay between launching or editing a survey and it appearing on the website - makes it difficult to test and change

Effective conversion optimization tool

Kommentare: Survicate helps us increase conversion rates of our website. We collect users’ feedback and turn it into improvements. Setting up is easy similar to other analytical tools – a few lines of JavaScript code so the marketing team can handle it on its own. We noticed one drawback: no integrations with Unbounce and Optimizely.

Vorteile:

Easy to install and use, customer support, price.

Nachteile:

As mentioned, lack of integrations with Unbounce and Optimizely.

Survicate helps us generate leads

Kommentare: This is a nice tool for collecting leads. Targeting allows to show surveys and leads only to users who are likely to be interested in purchasing. Most of leads forwarded to the sales team was of high quality and many resulted in closed sales. Without Survicate we would not have acquired those customers.

Vorteile:

lots of high quality leads, HubSpot integration

Nachteile:

customization of widgets took us a while
