Decent product but outdated
Kommentare: It allows our customers to have access even when the office is closed. We can easily allow/deny access to our tenants.
Vorteile: This is a decent product. Are some training, the software is relatively easy to use. You can monitor your gate access, and look at multiple types of reports to view who accessed the property after hours.
Nachteile: Our facility has been using it for years, but it is quite outdated. You can upgrade, but it would be more cost effective to switch to a different company that has more affordable plans, and better customer service. The customer service is basically non-exhistent. It takes days to get a response via phone and or email, and even if you get a response, it usually isnt that helpful. I get help from my local computer guy instead of even bothering with WinSen when there is an issue.

Needs an Overhaul
Kommentare: We've been using WenSin for over 20 years. That's not because we like it, but because once you've used a system for any time, you're married to it. Moving information to a new system is time consuming and expensive.
As someone mentioned here, it was great about 15 years ago.
Don't have to use a cloud based system
Nothing seems to mesh and flow...difficult to train anyone on.
Updates are few and far between
Service can be almost impossible to get.
