Kommentare: Customer support is great. This is a good company. They aren’t the cheapest. And they aren’t the most expensive. I think the extra cost is worth it to ensure compliance.
Vorteile:
Gusto is easy and straightforward to use. But it doesn’t sacrifice accuracy for ease. What I like most about Gusto is that it makes it easy for small businesses to be legally compliant with complicated wage laws across jurisdictions. I haven’t found a legal error yet — and I can’t say that about any other payroll software or service I’ve worked with over the last 15 years.
Nachteile:
I wish the price didn’t jump up so much for time clock feature. Getting clients to use the integrated time clock can be a challenge, and it creates unnecessary problems. It should be included in the base fee.

Kommentare: Overall we enjoy working with Gusto and really like their customer service. Moving from a big company to Gusto was a smart choice for us.

Wonderful customer service, really responsive and easy to work with.
Nachteile:
We have struggled adjusting to the change in when direct deposit gets settled. Most payroll companies, the banks will release funds to employee's accounts once it clears the employer's account. But with Gusto the funds don't clear the account until it the day employees are to be paid. So, employees who used to receive their checks early due to who they bank with no longer get that, they now have to wait until pay date later in the afternoon before their check is deposited.

If your budget is small, Gusto may work for you.
Kommentare: I hate Gusto with a passion, but the price is right. Just know that you will have to pay your team by check and reconcile it later every 2-3 months due to Gusto problems. I'm actively trying to find a more secure solution. I have little faith that things are being calculated correctly either.

The user interface is really nice looking and it is easy to get started and use - when it is working.
Nachteile:
There are a LOT of glitches, and customer service cannot help you at all. Some of their backend processes make no sense, and they get really snarky when you ask questions.

Gusto is worth it!
Kommentare: Whenever we have had issues, Gusto has really tried to remedy them. I appreciate all that they have done and do for us. I needed to reach out and they really tried to work things our for us.
Vorteile:
Gusto's ease of use is what we like most. It's so easy for our employees to onboard and use.

Their state tax compliance service need a bit of improvement, especially on the city and county level for taxes
