Kommentare: Excellent experience! We love it!

Vorteile: It is a really nice app integrated to my clover machine. It has help to grow our business a lot, our customers love it! Ever since we decided to use it customers haven't stopped coming! It is really easy to setup on the clover machine. Customers just simply download it on their phones and they get points for buying certain products, which they can then later exchange for tacos or beverages. It is a great way to reward the loyalty of our clients!

Nachteile: Sometimes the connection to get the reward, it doesn't detect the customers phone.

Kommentare: The overall experience has been amazing! Our customers love it, and we hope to see the business grow more with this reward program!

Vorteile: It's an amazing software for customer rewards. We have been using it for sometime, and it has help us grow way more. The installation is simple, and customers can easily make points to earn their reward. The app is available for mobile devices and our POS immediately detects it when they are trying to cashout those points.

Nachteile: I haven't had any problems with the reward program.

When it was working we loved it but it had a few bugs.

Vorteile: You can greatly expand your customer base with this software. Our customers loved the rewards program that we implemented with it.

Nachteile: There were a few bugs with this software the were frustrating. It wouldn't always bring up a customer's points.

Its a great idea with minor problems.

Vorteile: My customers really enjoyed the Perka app as it allowed them to earn rewards for spending their money with us. It is a great idea. We had it set that way every dollar spent was a point ans once you reach a certain amount of points you get money off your next purchase. Customers had to download the Perka app and could either manually enter the code that was printed with their reciept or they could connect their phone to our Clover system and points would be applied automatically.

Nachteile: My only complaint with Perka is that a lot of times we had problems withbour customers phones connecting.

Kommentare: I had an extremely negative experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Vorteile: The processing machine was cute. Everything else was bad.

Nachteile: This was my first experience using credit cards for payments, so I didn't know anything about it. The salesperson took advantage of my inexperience. He told me only about the 1.5% processing fee. I was never told that the hidden fees were almost as high as those on your telephone bill. The salesperson shamelessly misrepresented the costs. He told me I could cancel my contract at any time, but did not tell me that canceling would result in a costly penalty. I am going to pay the penalty for cancelling because I won't tolerate being treated so badly or dealing with a crooked business. Please don't sign up with this dishonest company.
