These updates get applied site wide whether you wanted the change or not and sometimes, I struggle to see the value in some of these changes. I also think they should be better prepared on the "new change" and how it will affect your system. Its not usually found until an employee complains about not being able to see something or do something they used to be able to do. After that Paycom always has a work around but its frustrating that it takes an employee to find the error before it can be fixed. I wish Paycom was more intuitive on how that new update affects MY system. And maybe that is on the specific rep to be on top of those things, but whatever the case, that's the one CON, I have. > > Overall I am happy with Paycom.
