> **Nachteile**: - Everything is broken in their platform, they said they could white label but even after several attempts, they couldn't get the logo not to scale 
- The product is able to send outbound fax but unable to receive any faxes, their support has been trying to get the fax to work for two months with flowroute but its broken beyond a point 
- This software is not designed to be resold, its not MSP or enterprise grade by any standard 
- They cant fix their product and wont refund your money either 
-  There is no inbox feature, you cant title or keep a track of your faxes
- NO Security on the solution 
- NO sigle signon options 
- Support sucks

> DO not purchase the product, these guys will take your money and just keep giving you excuses for their crappy software. 

When we asked for a refund, they clearly denied that they cant provide a refund because they spent time installing it. 

Their interfaces is done is PHP with no security or secure ports everytime you want to make a change to anything, they have to go and do it manually. 

Please please stay away from this company.
