External project collaboration is difficult with multiple contractors, we need a CDE type enviroment, also the contractor should be able to search our master library for existing documents and create a RFI via the portal. We seem to have issues where the system is working then suddenly stop working, so the system seems very sensitive to changes, needs to be more satable. Meridian Cloud packages keep giving us issues where they are not released to customers > > Overall is good, but we need a more modern interface and stability in the system.
