Zapier bietet Ihre Kunden die Einfacheit und Zuverlässigkeit. Der Software enthält doch viele Funktionen und Futures, um die Kunde / Nutzer zu helfen. Außerdem das Kosten ist für alle Nutzer geeignet.

Nachteile:

Bei komplezierte Prozesse, benötigt man auf jeden Fall eine gute Einarbeitung, damit man alles finden kann und trotzdem finde ich es top.

Kommentare: Sehr gute Software, die einem ganz schnell für wiederkehrende Aufgaben eine "Virtuelle Assistenz" bereitstellen kann, wenn es richtig eingerichtet ist.

Vorteile:

- Einfachheit der Bedienung - Zuverlässigkeit - Umfang der angeschlossenen Drittanbieter - Support ist relativ schnell - Probleme sind im Verlauf sehr schnell zu diagnostizieren.

Nachteile:

Könnte im Einstieg günstiger sein, ansonsten kann ich nur sagen "weiter so!"

Gerade in großen Prozessen werden die Programmierungen teilweise unübersichtlich.

A highly usable and reliable platform

Kommentare: We use Zapier to connect internal tools like SharePoint with outward-facing tools like Ticket Tailor.

Vorteile:

Zapier makes automation elegant. Their editor works well and walks me, a non-coder, through the process. And Zapier Tables is a great addition.

Nachteile:

Zapier tends to be more expensive than the competition, and it is pricy for us as a nonprofit.

The Perfect Middle man for everything!

Kommentare: Great, I only use it for basic functions but I am starting to use it for more complex ones as i have started using it more. Easy to navigate and set up

Vorteile:

What is not to like, Zapier basically is the middle man to automate and connect anything with anything. All done in your sleep once you have set Zaps up work.

Nachteile:

Not super simple to start at first but once you get the hang of it, you can flow through Zaps, the help section is also great and it gives you suggestions to fix any issues you have and work arounds, a really good feature.

Kommentare: Zapier has helped me sort and systemize data, increase efficiency of workflows, and given me so much time back! I love Zapier and it's great for when you need multiple softwares to work together that do not already have custom integrations! One of my greatest projects I used Zapier for was automating a room rental booking process!

Vorteile:

Zapier gives me and my clients back countless hours of project management time by making tasks happen instantaneously that would have manually taken hours! It's easy to use and has great customer support!

Nachteile:

It takes time to learn how Zapier works (tips and ways to use more efficiently) so it's hard to learn by trial and error. If you take some time to watch a few tutorials/read a few articles and learn how to use the platform, you will be able to use it much more efficiently! Some of my toughest challenges were because I didn't understand Zapier terminology!

Kommentare: I use Zapier daily for many automations, data feeds and technical tasks. It is a core tool that empowers the marketing team to perform technical work without the need for developers.

Vorteile:

User friendly platform with so many capabilities that can suit both developers and non developers. I have used this to integrate CRMs, automate processes and other tasks that I couldn't do without this platform.

Nachteile:

Zapier bug testing was clunky, but in the last few months this has been improved no end.

Kommentare: We had really good experience through the year we used it. We saved plenty of time automating and connecting our marketing tools. Overall it was a good investment.

Vorteile:

It made our tasks automation incredibly easy in the process of integrating our app with external websites, apps and services. The setup was not extremely hard even without extense knowledge. We set up a workflow to add new leads on our loyalty website that came from Facebook Ads.

Nachteile:

You have to be careful with the cost and the features you might end up using. We did not have that problem but we noticed it could get high, specially for startups with tight budget as we were.

Kommentare: Overall it's been great using Zapier. It's a hard job getting so many services connected with each other and they are best in the field. The UI isn't always great but it's constantly improving. In the end, this it's something you mostly setup and then it runs behind the scenes. I don't need to interact with the app on a daily basis.

It can easily get complicated, and you need to have a bit of technical expertise to fully understand how to get it to do what you want.

A powerhouse software. Worth the price

Kommentare: Zapier is a huge part of my business. To be honest, I wouldn’t know what to do without it. I have used zapier to move clients information to my email platform, bring in facebook ad leads to my platform and to my email platform and send me emails when it completes a zap. I love zapier and will continue to use it for years to come.

I honestly have none. I have liked everything with zapier.

I do like the integrations available, there little to no main platforms that you can't use in your workflow

Most definitely the UI, it's not user friendly or intuitive, sometimes it makes it harder tor even the smallest of the operations
